"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

The variety of room types available, including the spacious king room, the cozy twin bed room, and the charming ocean-view suite, ensured that there was a perfect option for every type of traveler. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.
The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. Il primo piano è un quartiere di intrattenimento, con tavolo da legno, macchina da gioco, tavolo da palla e zona di intrattenimento per bambini.
Servizio: il personale è tutti i giovani fratelli e sorelle. Il servizio è molto entusiasta e attento. Aiuterà a pulire la scatola e guidare nella stanza.Manderò la stanza con piccoli pasti e mangiare il compleanno quando lascerò.Sento che il ospite è tornato.
Ambiente: la stanza è pulita e non è buia la notte.
Cibo: colazione pulita, dolce, cucina di fagioli auto-assistenti.Ci sono anche secche di legno e condizionamenti di mare, e caratteristiche locali deliziose.

UUtente ospiteIt was my second time staying there. The taxi people didn’t want to take me so I ended up walking there from the station. It will take you 40 minutes to walk but it is downhill. Obviously it is better to take a taxi . But if you walk, exit the station and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. Ignore the first turning and carry on to the next one. Turn left and walk to the end and turn left again. There is a row of five big building and the hotel is the last one. Very visible. The rooms are very nice with charging points next to the bed. Shower and toilet are excellent. The mattresses are VERY comfortable here. Room equipped with everything for showering, hair and teeth. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. This time they gave me a Japanese themed room. I am 65 and not supple. So not practical for going to the loo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleeping close to the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

Impianti: si consiglia di sostituire i pannolini per lavastoviglie.

I migliori luoghi fotografici sono a pochi passi, e gli ospiti ci hanno indirizzato ai migliori luoghi per la luce e le ombre fotografiche delle famiglie di erbacce e ostriche. La stanza è spaziosa ed elegantemente progettata. E il tetto offre un luogo rilassante per guardare il sole e godere di una tazza di tè! I ospiti sono semplicemente persone fantastiche! Sono molto amichevoli e utili, anche usciti dalla strada per raccoglierci quando siamo andati in un percorso sbagliato invece di semplicemente dare le direzioni via telefono! Quando hanno scoperto che non ci piaceva davvero il cibo locale, hanno offerto di cucinarci con un minimo di servizio aggiunto ai costi degli ingredienti. Il loro cibo ci ha fatto sentire così tanto a casa, ed è stato così delizioso! Se riuscissimo a visitare Xiapu, saremmo tornati per un altro soggiorno!

UUtente anonimoChe cosa si chiama ”integrare l'arte nel mare di montagna”?La porta a forma di portelli vicino alla piscina è come un galleria naturale, che ha trasformato il tramonto, il mare di montagna e il dispositivo d'arte bianco in un grande pezzo, e tutto è un senso di rivista; Il vecchio tavolo di legno alla porta del ristorante occidentale è dotato di spazzole, antichi e carini, e può ancora guardare il mare quando si mangia; la zona di mais nel bagno è finita, sedersi li' per bere il sole e vedere il mare in oro, anche il tempo non può andare. GGavin TravisThe building is outdated but it is pretty standard and clean. The room has enough space to move around, bed is comfy, pillows are soft, and basic toiletries provided.
There are many shops along the street, and Wanda Plaza is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There is also a bus stop right in front.
This is my 2nd time in this hotel and it's really a good value for money. Probably one of the cheapest options in Ningde but you still get a good room and service.
Tips: If you have a few more bucks to spare, choose a room with city view windows

GGavin Travis-The location is accessible, it's just behind Walmart and a few blocks away from Wanda Plaza. Ningde has shared e-bikes you can scan, so it's convenient to go around the area.
-The property is about 15 minutes to and from the railway station, longer if you take the bus.
-It's a renovated old building and it has no elevator (but shouldn't be a major issue since it's only a 2 story building. The room is clean, bed is comfy, good lighting, and I had a comfortable sleep.
-interiors and amenities might need updating for aesthetic, but honestly won't affect your stay.
-Check-in was swift, but could have used some help with my luggage and assistance in opening the door since I had 2 luggages.
Overall, I had positive experience and will definitely stay again in the future.
