"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

UUtente ospiteQuesto è il più bel hotel boutique che abbia mai soggiornato in Cina. Il personale è molto amichevole e ospite, mi serve tè quando entro in hotel. Il direttore Xiao Luan mi ha portato al sesto piano dal quarto piano dell'hotel, che offre una vista molto migliore sul mare sotto il prezzo, e spiega con molta attenzione come funzionano i gadget in una camera ultra moderna. Può guardare TV e film sullo schermo funzionato a distanza. Lo stesso con le tende che possono essere tirate a distanza. Big plus è che il sedile bagno è riscaldato. La camera è anche riscaldata con aria condizionata che è un bonus, dal giorno che ho controllato è piuttosto freddo. Dalla finestra della stanza, si può ottenere una vista panoramica del mare sotto. Fa piacere bere te dalla finestra. La colazione è deliziosa e c'è un flusso libero di porridge e zuppa di noodle che viene cucinato con ostriche e altri alimenti per il mare. Inoltre, ci sono ascensori a ogni livello, quindi non c'è bisogno di salire le scale per raggiungere la stanza. Sul tetto del nono piano, può prendere bellissime foto della baia sotto.

Il risalto del sole mi ha accolto, mi ha deluso completamente la bella scena della zona più ampia. La zona di casa è molto spaziosa, con vista sui giardini vigneti e sulla baia. L'ospite è i ginocchia delle api! è particolarmente attenta e garantisce che il vostro soggiorno sia eccezionale. La colazione è deliziosa (noodles), e il cibo disponibile per ordinare in un ristorante vicino a noodles è grande! Ho cercato frutta e cioccolato la sera in cui sono arrivato, il prossimo minuto un camion di frutta/alimenti si è presentato all'hotel. È tutto in fondo alla tua porta. The variety of room types available, including the spacious king room, the cozy twin bed room, and the charming ocean-view suite, ensured that there was a perfect option for every type of traveler. I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.
The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style.
Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. UUtente ospiteE' stata la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto lì. La gente del taxi non voleva prendermi, quindi ho finito di camminare da la' dalla stazione. Ti prenderà 40 minuti a piedi ma è in collina. E' ovvio che è meglio prendere un taxi . Ma se camminate, uscite dalla stazione e seguete la strada verso il fondo della collina. Ignorate la prima volta e continuate la prossima volta. C'è una fila di cinque grandi edifici e l'hotel è l'ultimo. Molto visibile. Le camere sono molto belle con punti di carico vicino al letto. Doccia e toletta sono eccellenti. Le mattresse sono VERO confortevoli qui. Camera dotata di tutto per doccia, capelli e denti. Il buffet è eccellente con una vasta scelta di cibo. Questa volta mi hanno dato una stanza con temi giapponesi. Sono 65 e non sono fornito. Quindi non pratico per andare alla catena. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleep near the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access key areas of the city. Whether for business appointments or casual outings, the location is practical and well-connected, which added great convenience to my stay.
Room Standard:
The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a thoughtful layout. The amenities were of a good standard, and everything was in proper working order. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room tidy and refreshed daily, which made the stay very comfortable.
Staff Professionalism:
The staff truly stood out for their professionalism and friendliness. From check-in to check-out, they were courteous, efficient, and always willing to assist with requests or questions. Their warm service created a welcoming atmosphere and made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, Holiday Inn Fu’an by IHG delivered a high-quality stay experience with strong standards in location, comfort, and service. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Fu’an.

AAzzahra NufaisaIl viaggio 6-hour da Shanghai a Xiapu è stato davvero valso, grazie alle belle viste sul sole sia dall'interno che dall'esterno della stanza.
Grazie speciali al personale di alloggio per l'aggiornamento della camera complimentare (ho prenotato una camera di vista montagna e sono stato aggiornato in una sala di vista mare), mia madre e io eravamo molto felici e colpiti da un servizio eccellente e amichevole.
Il personale ha anche aiutato a portare la mia valigia tutta la strada nella nostra stanza e ha spiegato in dettaglio come usare le luci e il riscaldamento.
Raccomando molto questo alloggio per il vostro viaggio a Xiapu
L'alloggio è molto conveniente e include colazione per due. Abbiamo anche ricevuto frutta complimentare (banane, arance, ciliegie) e biscotti. Questo è di gran lunga il miglior alloggio di valore-per-money che abbia mai soggiornato.
Quando ho fatto un check-out molto presto, uno dei membri del personale della cucina mi ha preparato bene e mi ha portato colazione. Ero incredibilmente felice perché non avevo mangiato ancora quella mattina e avevo molto fame, perché tutti i cibi e le bevande che avevo imballato nella mia valigia erano già andati.

GGavin Travis-The location is accessible, it's just behind Walmart and a few blocks away from Wanda Plaza. Ningde has shared e-bikes you can scan, so it's convenient to go around the area.
-The property is about 15 minutes to and from the railway station, longer if you take the bus.
-It's a renovated old building and it has no elevator (but shouldn't be a major issue since it's only a 2 story building. The room is clean, bed is comfy, good lighting, and I had a comfortable sleep.
-interiors and amenities might need updating for aesthetic, but honestly won't affect your stay.
-Check-in was swift, but could have used some help with my luggage and assistance in opening the door since I had 2 luggages.
Overall, I had positive experience and will definitely stay again in the future.
