We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

Accoglienza calorosa da parte del team. Mi hanno supportato con grande entusiasmo, rendendo il mio soggiorno a Kaili un vero piacere durante il periodo del Covid. Ad esempio, mi hanno aiutato a trovare uno spedizioniere per spedire la mia bicicletta a Shanghai (non potevo farla arrivare con il treno ad alta velocità). 房間乾淨衞生，空氣清新，廁所也特別乾淨，一塵不染，相當不錯的酒店，值得大家入住。那邊環境也特別好，旅遊駐足的好地方，就是酒店裡麪景色都很美，隨便一拍都是大片。

訂的是特價房，到了前台辦理入住，老闆給免費升級的景觀房，服務態度很好，交通方便，酒店衞生乾淨整潔還有免費自動洗衣機使用，房間的設備設施齊全，窗户是大的落地窗，一打開就看到公園美景，鳥語花香很舒心，酒店門口上去一點有一條環湖步道，繼續住了兩天，飯後去散步整個人很舒心，喜歡這家酒店，值得推薦！

Good value. Very good location. Bus station is just across the road. Round the corner is the very colourful old market street. The cheaper rooms do not have daylight. But they are very quiet and comfortable.
