幾乎沒有評價酒店住宿體驗，但是這次的入住經歷是我目前為止遇到最好的，想要分享給後續想要住店的旅客。第一，入住前體驗一流。剛下完定單後酒店就主動聯繫詢問客人到店時間和其他要求，因為酒店位置在村子裏，不算特別好找，但進入酒店區域就有工作人員主動帶去前台，前台的服務人員接待非常熱情，細緻瞭解需求。第二，住宿環境優雅配套充足。因為酒店位於國家板棗公園內，整體自然環境沒得説，每個房間都是在獨棟區域，還配套有面積極大的遊樂設施和私湯温泉，適合家庭出行居住玩耍，房間衞生乾淨的可以説一塵不染，佈局簡單大氣，傢俱舒適柔軟，智能夜燈和窗紗窗簾使用非常方便，夜間休息環境靜謐。第三，工作人員服務態度極好。去哪裡都專人陪同細緻講解和解答，主動詢問和安排是否需要泡温泉和餐飲要求等，吃飯親自送至飯店進行安頓，主動詢問是否需要接送服務，笑容燦爛，態度和煦，令人心生好感，餐廳餐飲環境優雅，乾淨衞生，菜品賣相、口味極佳。第四，村落頗具風情。酒店位於國家板棗公園內，一路全是成百上千年的古棗樹和高牆大院富有特色的民居，不管是白天閑逛還是夜間散步都很不錯。總體來講，就我個人而言從未以這個價格享受過如此優質的酒店服務，性價比高到離譜，從這次在雲丘山景區到姚村的酒店入住經歷，都讓我感受到了山西本地旅遊文化的魅力和服務水平，是一次美好的經歷，已推薦給我身邊好友，邀請他們有機會也入住這裏！
