It’s a fantastic place to stay. Right next to Wanda and a decent small street food market for dinner/supper. Plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants near/in Wanda plaza. Few minutes from the canal if you crave a night stroll. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was their usual goodness, clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing.
Would recommend it if you were coming to Jiaxing.

Rispetto a tutti gli hotel in cui ho soggiornato prima, Shexiaoman è il più soddisfacente. Un boutique hotel con decorazioni di buon gusto, semplici ma individuali. La stanza è separata da quella umida e da quella asciutta e la biancheria da letto è molto confortevole. Anche il personale della reception è gentile e il check-in e il check-out sono rapidi ed efficienti. Ci sono strade commerciali nei dintorni, quindi fare shopping e mangiare è più conveniente. Molto soddisfatto e vale la pena consigliarlo!

La prima volta che viviamo nella casa di Xiangxiang, ho prenotato una stanza amministrativa, l'esperienza è molto buona.La stanza è molto pulita, la colazione è buona, la posizione è anche molto centrale.Specialmente il grande schermo di schermo è fantastico guardare il film.Poi Xiangxian continuerà a rimanere!

La posizione è molto buona. Puoi uscire lungo Ziyang Street e Qingnian Road. Lungo la strada ci sono la Chiesa cristiana, Zicheng, Commercial Street e infine Yuehe Street. È disponibile anche la colazione, i wonton appena cucinati sono buoni e il prezzo è favorevole. L'unico neo è che l'igiene della camera andrebbe migliorata.

嘉興，一座美麗的城市，以前衹知道這裏的粽子好吃，沒想到月河歷史街區中還有一家精緻典雅的酒店。酒店的大堂經理和服務生非常熱情，辦理入住後服務生小潘還幫忙拿行李領路，第一次入住沒人帶路的話確實會找不到房間的。我訂的月輝房，床很舒適，房間很安靜，到了晚上，遠離熙熙攘攘的人羣，在酒店裡喝茶、散步，很是愜意。酒店的自助餐很豐富，對早餐要求高的人可以放心入。酒店周邊有月河街區，蘆蓆滙，瓶山，南湖，真是個休閑遊的好地方。

Durante la festa nazionale, 380, bisogna anche fare la bicicletta.Anche se la piscina è fredda, il salvatore della piscina è ancora molto bello.
Non è un'unica cosa che si tratti di un ritardo.
C'è una vista notturna senza finestre, e il giardino è anche bello e pulito.
La maggior parte degli anziani che vivono in un gruppo di alloggio, la colazione è la fine del mondo.
La stanza non ha un sapore chiaro.
Soprattutto la notte fuori, non so se il condizionatore esterno o il suono sonoro, sono sempre stati rumore e sono stati difficili da entrare nel buco.

地理位置：門口就是公交站，離月河古街很近，周圍吃的很多，點外賣也很方便，機器人可以送到房間門口。
酒店環境：衞生很不錯，房間很大，床很舒服。
亮點：洗浴用品是小樣，一客一換，乾淨衞生。
服務：滿分💯
美中不足：我訂的大床房兩個人住，房間裏衹有一把椅子，不過問題不是很大。

MMichelleY.We had a wonderful stay at Dishang Resort in Wuzhen, and here are some highlights from my experience:
Location: The resort is conveniently situated inside the West Gate Scenic Spot, allowing guests to explore the area freely, even after it closes to the public. The view is stunning—peaceful and filled with a serene atmosphere.
Check-in: The check-in counter is located right at the entrance to the West Gate Scenic Spot, with the entrance fee included for resort guests. The added perk is that you’re allowed multiple entries and exits throughout your stay.
Buggy Service: A buggy service is available for guests, making it easy to travel around the scenic spot and explore its many sights without much hassle.
Room: Our room was very spacious, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to the Family Room during check-in. The living area between the two rooms was especially comfortable, and both bathrooms were large, with a bathtub. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch.
Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, including many local dishes. It was a good way to start the day, though it wasn’t extraordinary.
Service: The reception staff were excellent—very helpful and informative. When we arrived, most restaurants within the scenic spot were closed, but the receptionist kindly suggested a few places for lunch, which was greatly appreciated since we were starving.
Overall Experience: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

ZZhulintinghaideshiguang服務：在來前就有管家小左打電話聯繫，在到景區好後小左來景區大門接，一路幫忙提行李到酒店，到酒店後先引導到休息室，熱茶熱毛巾都已經提前準備好了，小左服務很熱情。
到酒店後酒店的小鄧熱心幫忙去辦理入住，還拿出地圖熱心指導景區內怎麼進行遊玩路線，幫忙提箱子，驚喜的給升級房間，因為帶着寶寶，還貼心的給床加了床圍，防止了寶寶晚上睡覺翻落的風險。服務非常到位
第二天早上去餐廳吃早飯，正好撞到一兩個旅行團在就餐，餐廳座位比較緊張，酒店立馬安排到二樓就座，因為帶小孩，餐廳也給安排一個服務員跟着幫忙端早飯，還説如果需要什麼跟他説一聲，他去幫忙取，當時已經落座，就沒好意思讓服務員幫忙在取了😀但是真的服務特別到位，也詳細介紹了餐品，體驗感拉滿
衞生：衞生做的也很乾凈，在房間裏不小心把水打翻了，跟管家聯繫立馬就有保潔來清掃
環境整個酒店環境非常好，安靜，空間大，內部就有一個私家園林，帶寶寶去的第一天在酒店都玩了一會
雙人西柵景區門票:這個都老生常談了，帶小孩非常方便，兩天內隨意進出，不過這次我主要都是在西山景區，用的不多
雙人拼船遊體驗:小孩第一次做搖船，很驚喜
乘西柵景區遊覽車:很方便，玩累了，直接就回去睡覺了，不過有一點不太方便應該是分北線和南線，正好在南邊的話，去北線的酒店不太方便
總體來説入住體驗滿分，比上次自己來玩時住的民宿好太多，下次等小孩大一點後還會繼續來住

UUtente ospiteIt was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.
We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel.
For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.
With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.
It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.
Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on. I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.
Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.
The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.
When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.
We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).
As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

Yyunt mingAbbiamo prenotato 2 camere per due notti.Il receptionista Giddanyang è stato molto utile e aggiornato per noi. Abbiamo avuto un buon colazione a buffet di qualità.La posizione era molto buona, poiché le camere sono all'interno della zona scenica così ci è piaciuto prendere foto al mattino e alla notte prima delle 10 pm senza gente nella zona scenica.Raccomando di rimanere in questo hotel almeno Una notte in questa zona scenica per godere di esperienza di giorno e notte.Abbiamo prenotato due camere e soggiorno per due notti.Il ricevitore Tydanyang è molto felice di aiutare gli uomini e ci ha aggiornato la stanza sul fiume.Abbiamo goduto di una colazione di autobus molto alta. La posizione è molto buona, perché la stanza è nella zona sceneggiata, quindi possiamo fotografare prima delle 10 di mattina e sera, e non c'è un flusso di persone congestionato nella zona sceneggiata.Suggerisco di vivere in questa zona sceneggiata almeno per una notte in questo hotel per godere l'esperienza di giorno e di notte.

MMUMU-LEEL'hotel stesso:
1. Non appena sono entrato nella camera d'albergo, ho scoperto che il pavimento era molto appiccicoso.
2. La disposizione della stanza è un po' strana, di conseguenza il divano e il tavolo sono stati spostati.
3. (4721) La porta antipioggia non è facile da chiudere Oltre ai motivi sopra indicati, l'hotel cambierà camera.
4. Il servizio è molto positivo e ci ha aiutato a completare il cambio camera in tempo.
5. Quando sono tornato la sera, ho dimenticato di mettere i bagagli in camera.
6. L'isolamento acustico della camera d'albergo non è buono. Di notte si sente il rumore del corridoio, dei calpestii e delle corse al piano di sopra.
7. La porta antipioggia della stanza in cui mi sono trasferito non poteva essere chiusa.
8. (4716) Si sente un suono finché c'è un po' d'acqua che scorre nella toilette. Dovrebbe esserci qualcosa di sbagliato nella posizione in cui cade l'acqua. Puoi provare a versare un bicchiere d'acqua e si verificherà un immediatamente il suono degli spruzzi.
L'executive lounge dell'hotel è buono e la fascia oraria è molto migliore di Andaz.
Il flusso della colazione non era molto buono. Molte persone erano affollate e agli ospiti veniva chiesto di trovare il proprio posto, il che ha portato alcune persone a litigare per i posti.
La posizione dell'hotel è a 15 minuti dalla metropolitana leggera e le attività commerciali vicine sembrano sottosviluppate.
Il servizio in generale è ok, ma ci sono molte aree in cui la camera non è all'altezza degli standard, probabilmente a livello di 4 stelle.
Le domande sono tutte nel video, quindi ricordati di attivare l'audio.

LLay KimWe travelled from Malaysia on our own. Before arrival, the boss/owner of the place had been communicating with me on wechat guiding us how to travel on the public transportation which also save the cost. The owner/boss is excellent. we arrived late around 9pm+. he came to fetch 6 of us personally. he showed us where to go the next day and arrange the local trishaw for us so that we can experience the uniqueness of the town. We also had dinner and breakfast at the guesshouse. I must say, the foods are yummy. Most of us are vegetarian yet they can also cooked delicious vege meal. a must try when staying in wuzhen. Noticed that the guesthouse also received awards from trips because many other guests also comment the same. We definitely will be staying in this guesthouse again should we go back to the town because of the warmth service provided by the boss and the employees.
