They offer some small gifts - a panda keychain, earplugs and hand cream. I really loved the room. The only issue was that the lock wasn’t working - you still need a card to get in so I guess it was fine but it made me a little uncomfortable. On their page, they say that they have English translation service but nobody spoke English when I arrived so I’m not sure about how that one works.
