ННадежда МунGreat hotel! Good location, friendly and caring staff. Always and in everything they try to help. For foreign guests there are translators in the phone. I wrote about my wishes and the robot delivered everything to the room. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The beds are comfortable, soft pillows, warm blankets. Varied breakfast. everything was very tasty. I recommend this hotel! I want to come back here again!

LLuobinI'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language.
Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian.
Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English!
The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped.
The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years.
The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China.
There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese.
But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely.
The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably.
The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things.
Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine.
We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else.
I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags.
And some proper cups!
I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing.
For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station.
Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent.
So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel.
Everything else was either fine, or excellent.
We would definitely consider going there again in the future.
It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com.

Но номер довольно хороший, рядом овощной рынок, вкусная голубика и ежевика. Нам не повезло с соседями, они все время курили и выпивали возле лифта, там есть столик и кресла. Хороший завтрак для уровня отеля. С 14 до 16 бесплатный ланч с мороженым, нагетсами, картофелем фри, пирожными и даже пиво входит в стоимость. Персонал очень внимательный, нам дали дополнительное одеяло, для ребенка в нашу переносную кроватку как матрас. В номере очень тепло. Вид из окна был на крышу видимо складов овощного рынка.
