"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.
The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.
The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."

The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries.
The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries!

I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am.

UUtente ospite酒店周邊環境不錯，位置靠近海昌地鐵站（步行距離大概15分鐘），購物也方便，斜對面有生活超市。自助早餐品類不多，品質大眾化。在入住後期間，其中有個晚上停電大概停電2個小時（晚上8點到晚上10點），當時看向窗外，停電的原因估計是區域性範圍，當時打開房間門，走廊都是漆黑的，沒有應急燈（不知道這個情況有沒有符合消防器材規定），會不會存在安全隱患？個人覺得是沒有安全感的。當時住的在9樓，停電期間，沒有看到有酒店工作人員實施相關的通知或提示工作，因為當時是在房間裏面，突然間就停電了（第一次遇到酒店停電這個情況），我們也不知道發生了什麼事情（導致突然停電），如果手機沒電開不了手電筒的話，整個環境都是漆黑的（影響入住體驗），後面通電之後,有酒店工作人員過來送個小禮物致歉，整體來説，性價比還行！

Quando si soggiorna, l'hotel ha anche preparato intimamente i pantaloni e i denti per bambini, anche se non molto alto, ma questo pensiero ci fa sentire molto caldi.
Il ristorante del secondo piano è adatto per la cena di famiglia. UUtente ospiteIl mio soggiorno in questo hotel era eccellente da parte di un inizio a un termine. Il processo di check-in era benvenuto e tranquillo, con personale che parlava eccellente inglese e che ha fornito informazioni chiare sulle attrazioni vicine. La stanza era senza spot, moderna e molto confortevole, con un letto che forniva una qualità eccellente di sonno dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio.
La posizione è perfetta, vicino ai trasporti pubblici, ai buoni ristoranti e a diversi punti scenici a piedi. Mi è particolarmente grato l'attenzione ai dettagli in pulizia e strutture (tovaglie fresche, toletta, acqua bottigliata ogni giorno).
La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni locali e internazionali, e tutto era fresco e ben preparato. Il personale era sempre gentile e veloce per aiutare, se avessi bisogno di direzioni o raccomandazioni.
