Hilton è un amico, e Xiang è un grande hotel di catena di carta di qualità. 地理位置很好 下高速就是 酒店很大環境好 一般酒店都是不太通透 密閉 這個酒店很空曠通透 我們選擇的房型還有單獨洗衣機 大冰箱 廚房 温泉 游泳池 遊樂園 都有 早上自助餐也很豐盛 關鍵是平價 同等價位的酒店跟它沒法兒比 我們是自駕游出去玩第一站停歇時候 住過一次 印象很好 回程專門又選擇了它 有機會還會再去的 住宿體驗感真的很棒酒店 服務人員態度也很好

Il servizio dell'hotel è buono, specialmente il manager della sala frontale, l'hotel ci ha anche aiutato ad aggiornare il modello di camera. La colazione è anche molto deliziosa e ricca. È davvero buona. La prossima volta sceglieremo qui.

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Il servizio del fratello è molto attento, ha bisogno di chiedere, lode 👍🏻 E' anche molto conveniente lavare i vestiti e asciugare E'molto conveniente andare in auto al Parco del Grand Lake di Zhuang City.La vendita può anche essere inviata alla stanza ai bambini che amano i robot specialmente!!!!La prossima volta sceglierebbe tutta la stagione. Il giorno dopo, è anche conveniente per giocare in zoo.Un'altra stagione è più vicina.

Sono così colpito da questo hotel! Dal momento in cui entri nell'hotel, puoi sentire l'entusiasmo e la professionalità del personale. I servizi delle camere sono buoni, l'ambiente è buono, pulito e confortevole, i servizi sono completi e i dettagli sono attenti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda e l'ambiente circostante è bellissimo. La prossima volta che avrò la possibilità, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo qui!

來固安之前，在網上挑住的地方，想着這是一家正規酒店，價格還便宜，就來了，結果超出預期。老闆娘一家住在這裏，感覺很生活化。訂的特惠房，帶孩子入住的，老闆娘很貼心的為我們調了大點的房間。外面吃的飯帶回酒店，還能用他家微波爐熱飯，老闆娘的媽媽可和藹了。連着住了十多天，衹要告訴前台小姐姐一聲，房間都會及時打掃的乾乾淨淨。和朋友聊，説之前也住過這家，正規酒店，真的不錯，對了，交通還特別方便，周邊超市，吃飯的也一大堆，一般很少寫評價，但這家想寫一下
