Questo hotel si adattava perfettamente alle mie esigenze. Ha un balcone con vista sulle Tredici Cime di Meili e un piccolo ristorante dove posso gustare piatti caldi (non c'è bisogno di salire sul pendio del Tempio di Feilai per trovare cibo). Ho letto le recensioni su Ctrip prima di prenotare e, dopo aver soggiornato lì, ho scoperto che tutti ne hanno parlato positivamente. (1) Ho preso un autobus da Shangri-La al Tempio di Feilai. Due o tre minuti dopo essere sceso dall'autobus e aver fatto una telefonata, il proprietario è venuto a prendermi, mi ha aiutato con i bagagli e mi ha spiegato i servizi della camera. Sulla via del ritorno, il proprietario mi ha aiutato anche con i bagagli e mi ha accompagnato alla fermata dell'autobus. L'hotel è in realtà molto vicino alla fermata dell'autobus, ma bisogna salire circa 100 metri in salita, e la differenza tra affrontare questo pendio con o senza mal di montagna è enorme. (2) In ogni camera viene servita una tazza di latte di yak caldo prima di andare a letto e c'è acqua minerale in abbondanza (questo è molto importante). (3) I piatti del ristorante sono deliziosi, le porzioni sono generose e i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli per il Tempio Feilai. (4) Se amate scattare foto, potete immortalare la splendida alba sul Monte Jinshan dal balcone della vostra camera. Non dovrete accalcarvi tra altre persone per trovare un posto e non dovrete sopportare il freddo la mattina presto.
(5) Alcuni piccoli inconvenienti: il concentratore di ossigeno è un po' rumoroso, ma ovviamente chi non ne ha bisogno può ignorarlo. Il bagno non ha porta, il che non garantisce abbastanza privacy. Il proprietario ha detto che questo aspetto verrà migliorato in seguito.

Could not eat the breakfast. It was totally western - dairy products, fried egg and meat. Very bright lights all night outside. Adjacent to main road, but not very busy. English name written very small, Chinese name is 梅里往事 Pinyin name is meili wangshi. Room nice and warm, balcony, great view, but better from a couple of hotels further down the road. Binoculars in the room was a very nice touch. Directly opposite the focal point of the town (viewing platform and area where the bus terminates).

The view of Meili Snow Mountain is the main attraction of this hotel, it was possible to see the sunrise from the comfort of the room. However, the rest of the facilities and hospitality do not justify the price. We found this to be a below average room that would be less than half the price were it not for the mountain view. We recommend booking elsewhere and viewing the sunrise from the public viewing area.

Abbiamo avuto una splendida permanenza in questo hotel, che è perfettamente situato in città, offrendo una vista incantevole direttamente dalla nostra camera (per il tramonto e il risveglio del sole vedere foto). Solo la posizione rende una scelta fantastica per chiunque voglia godere della bellezza naturale della zona.
I proprietari erano incredibilmente gentili e utili, rendendoci molto benvenuti. Il proprietario ha anche parcheggiato la nostra auto proprio davanti all'hotel. Anche se non parliamo cinese, la comunicazione era liscia grazie ad un app di traduzione. La loro ospitezia è stata davvero espressa e apprezzammo la loro atteggiamento caldo e accogliente.
L'unico punto in basso era che la nostra stanza era molto fredda fino a quando il riscaldamento non ha iniziato a funzionare la sera.
In generale, nonostante questa piccola questione, ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro soggiorno e consigliamo a chiunque cerca un posto scenico e accogliente per soggiornare nelle montagne di Neve Meili!

Most of the guest who booked this hotel probably going for the sunrise on meili snow mountain. The location and view from this hotel is perfect for the sunrise (only when the skies is clear so checking the forecast in advance ). Hence, you will encounter noises as early as 5am where people will drive and stop along the road right infront of your hotel. At 6 in the morning, you can be sure that you are not alone by looking down the road and you can see there will be full of cars and people downstairs. Surrounding of the hotel have basically nothing. Be sure you prepared what you need before you check in. The staffs there are very friendly, helpful and approachable.

We stayed at the Wake Up Mountain Hotel in June 2024 for a week. The Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are excellent, and the view from the windows of the mountains is fantastic. The Hotel also has a viewing area (and a bar) on the roof, providing the best sunrise view of the entire region's mountains. The restaurant has a great menu and excellent food; it is the best restaurant in the area. Finally, the staff Wenwen and others are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They arranged car and driver tours for us to travel around the area and addressed our requests. Excellent stay. They are highly recommended. Ken and Jacqueline

Per paura di un alto contrasto, più di 2000 hotel regionali di pirata sono stati fissati per tutta la strada. Prima di entrare nel timore, il quartiere di Liu Xiang è stato fissato. Dopo aver visitato il popolo dell'hotel più alto, posso dire che ho dato il più alto giudizio per molti anni. C'è davvero un senso di tornare a casa degli amici. Il capo e la moglie sono super confortevoli. Ci invitano a cena a casa sua. La colazione è anche personale e può essere mangiata in qualsiasi momento!La piccola principessa del capo 👸🏻 è anche super carina, ci porto i frutti in auto!L'hotel è molto buono, la posizione è buona, il viaggio è molto conveniente. C'è un museo locale dietro l'hotel, tutto super delizioso.Inoltre, la sua stanza è super super super grande!La decorazione è anche molto buona, i dettagli sono in posizione!Il capo ha davvero infilato la carne nel ristorante, non ha alcuna pubblicità! UUtente ospiteWhat can I say, Yeyu has simply got to be hands down, the best place that I have stayed in during my entire Yunnan trip. I am amazed and wasn't expecting it to be this great. I know the idea of staying in a luxury hotel doesn't seem to be something that goes hand in hand with hiking (I say this from my experience of having hiked in several other places before where the key highlight is the natural setting itself), but I have to say that it was really soothing for the soul. My girlfriend and I loved this place! The hotel is tastefully designed at every corner and angle and we can appreciate that a lot of creativity and thought was put into designing this place. The aesthetics is very pleasing to the eye and embraces the natural scenery really well. We also loved the homage it pays to the area's ******* roots such as the photographs displayed in the room (young ******* monks playing and the ******* gazelles in the bathroom) and also all the books about Tibet, Yunnan province that is in the library and living room space. The service provided by the staff was top notch, very attentive and caring. We were always asked if there's anything that the staff can do for us be it preparing a plate of fresh fruits, preparing some drinks for us when we were lounging at the living area and another completely unexpected one was when we returned from the Sacred Waterfall hike with our shoes filled with mud, the hotel staff kindly asked us to leave our shoes with him and it came back the next day fully cleaned, placed in front of our rooms. The lovely service provided was just simply amazing and for this, I would like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the lovely staff at Yeyu who provided us with such a beautiful memory of our too brief stay here and thank you so much for the room upgrade. If I could organise this trip again, I would have liked to stay here much longer to be able to relax and enjoy the beauty of this place. Please believe me when I say that it is completely worth every yuan.
PS: Please note that there are two Yeyu Hotels in Yubeng, one near the pond and the other near the temple. We stayed at the one near the temple. Both of them are beautiful in their distinctive ways.

We were graciously upgraded to a room that offered an uninterrupted view of the majestic Meili Snow Mountain, allowing us to take in its quiet grandeur from the comfort of our own space. It was a gesture that did more than offer convenience—it created a sense of peace that stayed with us throughout our time there.
The service staff were nothing short of extraordinary. With every interaction, they brought warmth, grace, and a genuine desire to make us feel at home. Their quiet attentiveness and heartfelt hospitality added so much depth to the stay, turning each moment into something memorable.
This is a place that leaves a mark on your heart. I will miss it dearly and carry the memories with me until I return again. I look forward not only to my next visit, but also with great anticipation to discovering their new estate in 雨棚, which I’m sure will be equally enchanting.

There are Japanese tatami and cushions but not comfortable to sit for too long, nice decor but not practical
The washing basin in the bathroom is black and don’t feel too clean. The lighting is dark. Bath towel is quite thin.
Good to have diffused oxygen in the hotel so altitude sickness can be reduced
The location of the hotel is the best to see Meili Snow Mountain Mountains but unfortunately it was a foggy day, so the price we paid was not worth the value.
There is complimentary photography session, photos came out very good but only 3 digital original photos are free. One extra photo with editing costs 100 RMB. The package is quite pricey so we only chose a few extra photos . We note that the photo admin lady a bit aggressive at the end to sell our photos.
If you wanna see the beautiful Meili Snow Mountain Mountains in this hotel, better choose a right season, as it takes about 4 hours drive from Shangrila.

SSem S.Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre notti mentre esploravamo l'Upper Yubeng e facevamo alcune escursioni. La posizione è fantastica con delle belle viste panoramiche sulle montagne. Il tramonto e l'alba sono entrambi spettacolari da qui! Il servizio è stato buono, personale cordiale e persone gentili. La stanza è perfetta! Avevamo una stufa che ci ha aiutato molto nelle notti fredde. Non ci sono piaciuti gli asciugamani usa e getta, che spreco! Inoltre la stanza non è stata pulita una volta nelle nostre tre notti e abbiamo dovuto continuare a chiedere carta igienica/asciugamani. A parte questo, tutto è andato bene. Anche il cibo vegetariano è buono :)

UUtente anonimoThe view in the room is spectacular. You can see the view of the snow mountain and lush green mountains while taking a bath or in bed. It was the most wonderful stay for us.
The room also came with all the amenities needed, equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and a Smeg kettle, which seems very suitable for the price.
They also provide a free laundry service, which they will deliver clean clothes by your door in the morning. Beverages including water, soft drinks, coffee and tea are all included and can be provided as much as you need. They also prepared us sandwiches for us to take for our day hike.
The young lady at the front desk, who is also a barista, took very good care of us. She is always active on Wechat for any requests we may have. She also kindly helped us to arrange a van to pick us up from Ninong to Feilaisi.
Definitely a rewarding stay after long hikes!

UUtente anonimoHo soggiornato qui da Kunming, Lijiang, Shangri-La, Tempio Feilai e Yubeng. Questo è il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato allo stesso prezzo. L'hotel vi accompagnerà alla stazione degli autobus e alla piattaforma panoramica per ammirare l'alba a Jinshan. Non dovrete portare i bagagli da soli. L'autista se ne occuperà. UUtente ospiteYourland Hotel is run and operated by a very hard working lady who essentially does everything herself - from welcoming guests, cooking breakfast, cleaning the rooms and washing the bed sheets & laundry. The rooms are very clean and neatly organised, it has all the comforts that any hiker should need in such a remote location that is high up in the mountains (e.g. electric blankets, warm showers, etc.) Please do note that the warm water does need sometime to reheat especially if another guest takes a shower right away after the first guest. It will not be sufficient time for the water heating machine to heat the water. You should take note of the number that is displayed on the water heater. By default in our room, it showed the number of 44 and after the first guest took the shower, it went down to 19. If someone takes a shower right away at that moment, it will be cold so the next person should wait a bit until the number displayed moves up.
The views in the morning are amazing as you can see the mountain ranges on three different sides so you get a very good panoramic view from the terrace of the hotel. After a long day of hiking, our moods were lightened up when we were welcomed by the friendly and playful Labrador Retriever whose name is Dou Dou. Such a lovely dog ＜3. I would recommend you to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay in Upper Yubeng, it's good base for your planned hikes to the Glacier Lake and Nise Ranch. The place might be a bit difficult to locate if you arrive in Yubeng late at night (like we did since we walked all the way from Ninong, which was really tiring), but once you get the gist of it, it's very easy to remember and locate.

KKapil KaneI think one of the very few inns in Yubeng to have a working air conditioner. The receptionist is nice and helpful. I requested a room with Western toilet and she immediately switched the room. The air con in the room worked very well. There was also hot water and I had a nice hot shower a couple times. The first day though there was no water because the pipes froze. Send day onwards, they kept the taps running and there was water since then. They also have a washing machine and I did a load of laundry there. Their restaurant is also nice. I enjoyed their stir fried vegetables.
