"Located in Xianggelila Zhen (formerly known as Riwa), the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Yading Tourism Passenger Transport Terminal. If you're arriving by long-haul bus, make sure to buy tickets to Yading, not Daocheng. The Daocheng bus station is about 2 hours away, and you would need to take a shared taxi or another bus to get here. Also, it's best to buy your return ticket in Chengdu, as purchasing tickets at the Yading station can be a bit of a hassle.
As a Muslim traveller, I found two halal restaurants within a 3-minute walking distance, located behind the hotel. To get to the Yading scenic area, you can easily catch a yellow minibus for 10 yuan one way, or ask the hotel owner to help arrange transport.
The room was clean and comfortable. The owner and his daughters were very kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English. Their warm gestures truly touched my heart.
The only downside is that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended for solo female travellers.
If I ever come back to this area, I would definitely choose the same hotel again."

"Arrivato all'ingresso dell'area panoramica alle 15:00 e alloggiando lì, ho potuto godermi una breve escursione giornaliera e avere ancora un sacco di tempo per una gita più lunga il giorno successivo.
Scegliere questo hotel è stata una scelta saggia.
1. Dopo essere salito sulla navetta all'ingresso dell'area panoramica, ho chiamato il proprietario dell'hotel e ho concordato che qualcuno venisse a ritirare i miei bagagli alla fermata 1, il che non avrebbe influito sulla mia visita pomeridiana.

His English skills are exceptional—far beyond any hotel staff we encountered in China—making communication effortless. Even more valuable is his infectious passion for the mountains, which made our short visit to Yading absolutely perfect and unforgettable.

When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport.
The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital)
It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm."

MMr. JIRAYUTL'hotel a Yading Park, fermata 2, è abbastanza pulito. La colazione è deliziosa. C'è una stufa, ma quella a pavimento non scalda. Il personale ha cercato di aiutarci molto bene. C'è un supermercato sotto l'hotel con prezzi convenienti. Soprattutto, il negozio Mala la sera, di fronte al supermercato, è davvero delizioso. Il prezzo dell'alloggio è però un po' alto, circa 3100. È possibile utilizzare il codice KTC per ridurlo un po'. Ma è comodo. Non è necessario svegliarsi presto dal Riwa per lottare per l'autobus del mattino davanti al parco.

WWendyYewI had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard.
I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests.
Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers.
To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection.

AAbigail WebbIt was okay. Would not book again. Unfortunately, this was one of our worse stays in China during our month long travel. There was an unfortunate plumbing issue (that they had no control over, totally understandable) but they moved us to a different room not listed with not as good of a view. And after asking and having to personally message the boss via WeChat received a 10% discount. The room was not very clean. Leftover tissues and hair in corners from the pervious person. The walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors. And we arrived to breakfast 30minutes after it started and there was very little left. I would be more gracious but this was also the most expensive place we stayed at. Did not meet my standards and would not stay here again.

It’s conveniently located right next to Bus Stop No. 3.

UUtente ospiteThe location of the HomeStay is excellent. It is located at the end of the street of a quieter corner away from the busy street.
Just a short walk you will have access to many eateries and shops.
The interior decoration is uniquely furnished with ******* style design transporting us into a real local ******* family home without the need to be physically in Tibet.
The Owner of the HomeStay is very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to ******* culture and explained the significance of Animals painting on the wall and how it translates into daily life. Animals consisted of Elephant, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird.
He also made us their fragrance 酥油茶 suyou cha which is good to counter Altitude sickness 高反。
Cat is also a sacred animal in ******* culture.
The price of the HomeStay is very reasonable with the excellent location and service. It has free laundry service, however you need to hang them dry in an outdoor clothes line. It will dry quickly as the weather is very dry/sunny.
I would highly recommend this HomeStay to everyone who likes to go to Daocheng Yading.
Lastly, I would like to thank the Owner and his Sister for making our stay an enjoyable one.
