Yzong is caring and helps me with the luggage pick up on the way while I need not get off the bus to Yading. I forgot my backpack on a bus and Yzong helped manage until I had my backpack back and nothing was missing even a yuan. I felt so grateful for her help. Even when I left the hotel, Yzong just helped send me back on a bus. Thank you Yzong, you are my angel 😇 The other staff, a man who was at my breakfast was also good. He checked if I wanted more breakfast and he served more. I recommend Zen Vew at Aden village. You will be impressed as I did. Breakfast was very good - when there were few guests I told them what time I would eat breakfast and it was prepared for me. When there were many guests it was a buffet. During the off-season, when many hotels and shops were closed, this hotel stood out with its surrounding affordable delicacies and high cost-performance ratio, so I decided to book it. Upon arrival, it exceeded our expectations – the rooms were clean, spacious, and hygienic. The area was packed with great food options, and attractions were easily accessible. The hotel also provided parking. When departing, heavy snow led to traffic controls and road closures at Karazi Mountain and Zheduo Mountain, forcing us to delay our exit from Daocheng Yading. With many stranded tourists causing a surge in room demand, the owner, acting as an ethical businessperson, refused to raise prices and instead offered invaluable route advice. We sincerely appreciate her help. Following her suggestion to stay an extra day, we eventually left smoothly. During the delay, she even lent us the kitchen to cook. Thankfully, we trusted the online recommendations and chose Tule Hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shangri-La. If I were to rate it, I’d give it A+++++!
