"酒店位置很好找，也很好停車。夜晚從方特和鯤樂灣出來自駕或者打車都很方便。2025年的新酒店，可能服務啥的還有一點點跟不上，但是硬件很好，床單乾淨，洗漱用品也很好。有問題及時叫服務基本都能解決。我們是兩位長者加上媽媽帶5歲孩子的組合訂的7樓深度睡眠層的家庭房，房間寬敞，叫外賣也很方便。"

"從18年開始，每年最少出去玩2次，疫情期間也不例外，住過的酒店都非常好，這家酒店也還可以服務也好。
但實事求是來説:
1這家酒店是唯一一家住的第二天渾身癢，也起了一些小紅疙瘩。（晚上睡覺我長袖長褲都穿着呢）具體原因我也不清楚，我也不亂下結論。一家三口都不同程度癢，大人還好，孩子比較難受。
2晚上太吵！我10點半睡覺都挺晚了，晚上被吵醒幾次，可能是服務員對講機聲音特別大，對話聲也很吵。
就這樣，我很少發評論，不誇張，且説比較保守了。"

"來到磁州旅遊，看了附近的很多酒店，感覺檔次都差不多，所以就選擇了這家離客車站相對較近，出行較為方便的一家門店
入住之後感覺還是有一些驚喜的，首先是房間的衞生很讓人滿意，雖然是特價房，而且沒有窗户，但是房間的衞生無論是衞生間還是床上用品，不是對得起這個價格
其次就是前台的服務了，入住的時候發現房間裏面有一個燈有點問題，立刻給調換了房間，在退房的時候，因為在外面沒有辦法回來又幫我延遲了一下，2:00退房還能延遲，真的很好，雖然我也就晚了5分鐘，但是這種處理事情的態度值得表揚
第3個就是在這邊租了一個自行車，他們也很大方的讓我把車推到了房間，在磁州好好的騎行了一天
最後也是想給酒店提一點建議吧，如果能夠做上早餐就更好了，畢竟還有餐廳還有會議室，可能是因為現在遊客較少的原因"

"來方特玩的可以不用長途跋涉跑到很遠入住了，附近就有這個寶藏民宿，環境好，安逸，有小院子，房間夠大，很乾凈，而且這裏煮的米線真的很好吃，每個房間都有超大屏投影，不錯不錯，從方特到這邊不到五分鐘"
