Localizzazione decente. Potrebbe fare con il miglioramento quando si tratta di scelte alimentari. Molto spazio per i bambini a girare e giocare che è un plus. La ragazza del fronte che parla russo era assolutamente sorprendente, andò di sopra e di là per assicurarci che avessimo un grande soggiorno. Ma abbiamo cercato di andare a un ristorante per mangiare una volta, e la signora (il direttore, credo) ci ha detto che non ci erano tavole disponibili e non potevamo entrare; abbiamo visto la gente entrare continuamente e più di una tavola disponibile, ci ha detto di andare da qualche altra parte. 第一次來阿那亞真的是大推Yin Hotels ，性價比超高，房間設施一流，簡直就是夢中情房，酒店剛好位在阿那亞社區的正中間，去到哪都很方便。特別喜歡酒店前台的服務員小姐姐們各方面都特別的熱情。如果硬要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話………
設施：除了床太軟跟吹風機風弱女孩頭髮要吹很久以外，其他都很棒。
衞生：除了晚上半夜回酒店都有很多死掉的蜜蜂、昆蟲以外，大早上都會掃掉，其他都非常好。
環境：環境相當好一齣酒店左拐就是海，住宿感覺就是物超所值，看日出看夕陽都像那麼方便，旁邊還有許多酒吧，不吵不鬧，非常有水平。
服務：服務態度特別好，有免費的薑茶、衞生巾、水果、茶、汝窯花生、咖啡膠囊、酒店還有管家服務，車輛接駁…等等。使命必達！

Spent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

五一假期，工作後帶着爸媽第一次來這邊，有被經驗到！房間設施齊全，住着很舒服，由於是四合院設計，爸媽也不需要爬樓梯，而且小院景色非常好，到處都是老闆精心設計的綠植以及多肉植物，非常貼近大自然。海邊這兩天假期人還挺多的，但是小院的設計感覺是走進了桃花源，非常舒適！下次來這邊旅遊的話肯定是首選之地！

週五到達，可以明顯看到停車場比較空，錯峯出行人少很開心。
1.先説下酒店的房間，挺乾淨的，入住的家庭房我們是3大3小，標註1.2高低床但感覺下鋪至少1.35住1大1小肯定沒有問題，很驚艷的是還有個沙發床我們夠住了就沒有打開。很適合一家人出行選擇。
2.園區的設施，很新，每個項目都會有工作人員看管，工作人員很多隨時都可以詢問問題，也很熱心。如果遇到問題，園區的建議電話也是能及時幫遊客解決問題，服務意識非常強，遊園體驗感很好。
3.園區環境本來以為蚊蟲會特別多，因為植被茂密，但是園區很貼心的放了很多驅蟲裝備，衹要給孩子貼上驅蚊貼，大概率就可以免去了被蚊蟲頂呀的擔心。
4.最後説下服務，酒店是管家式服務，加了管家微信後有什麼問題都可以反饋管家，而且會有比較及時反饋。帶着孩子難免有各式各樣的需求，在此也感謝下萬得瀾長頸鹿度假酒店的管家。
特別注意：園區裏有很多劇場，孩子們特別喜歡，入住時一定提前預約魔法劇場，太難約了。別的劇場都很隨意，就是魔法劇場需要搶搶搶。如果實在約不上可以尋求管家幫助。
最喜歡的項目：煙花秀，打鐵花太美啦。露天廣場的兩個表演也千萬不要錯過，坐在第一排還會有機會得到鸚鵡的小禮物。
孩子們都很開心，會推薦朋友們去遊玩，儘量錯峯前往。

AA dreadOne of the nicest hotels ever been to in China. Wonderful design, amazing service, beautiful surroundings. Breakfast set was also perfect and beautifully served. At arrival we had valentine gifts and for my birthday a surprise cake. Not a single thing to complain about. We will for sure want to come back in summer.

PPaulIt was a nice hotel. Hotel room was so good. But there was a leak in a tub, so we didn’t chill normally, cuz all the time u should put more water and can’t enjoy normally. We asked to change, master came and changed, but nothing changed in reality.
Biggest minus it’s transportation in Aranya, there no taxi inside, no bikes no scooters for rent, only f*cking hotel busses that u should wait to the way back for 7-15minutes, it’s really sh*t!
In hotel no amenities, no pool, maybe gym (not sure about this), spa is expensive!

SSvarIl secondo soggiorno in questa posizione davvero fantastica. È un bel fine settimana lontano. Il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente, ma mi sembrava di avere la pessima fortuna di essere accolto dalla signora Attitude, che mi ha svolto gli occhi quando le ho chiesto se potesse usare l'inglese.
Il villaggio di Aranya è un grande luogo per visitare

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

XXiaodingdang-zhangIl servizio di Xiaochai è molto buono. L'hotel è a solo una strada di distanza da Aranya. Il bus navetta dall'hotel alla spiaggia di Aka richiede di camminare per almeno 1-2 km fino alla spiaggia dopo essere scesi dall'autobus.
La camera era grande e luminosa, ma l'aria condizionata non funzionava molto bene, il bagno aveva un odore particolare e la camera non veniva pulita bene tutti i giorni (le cose degli ospiti venivano lasciate sul pavimento, il bagno non veniva pulito, e la spazzatura galleggiava sul pavimento).
Ci sono problemi di sicurezza alimentare nel ristorante dell'hotel, ci sono insetti, non ci sono scuse, vengono rimborsati solo i piatti.
I prodotti del supermercato dell'hotel comprendono biscotti senza data di produzione e di scadenza e non sono prezzati con cartellini di prezzo uniformi.
La piscina dell'hotel era buia e molto sporca, rendendo impossibile nuotarci.

I've been to many cities in China & and definitely, this one is considered among the top 10 best hotels I've been to so far. The staff is polite and really helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Jay.Li for his warm welcome and help. I strongly recommend this hotel for family travelers.
