"第一次入住，感覺都不錯，尤其早餐豐盛，當時初認為終於有了亞朵的平替，所以有了
第二次入住，終於看到了事物的本質，可以用可惜和無語形容，可惜的是本來硬件不錯的一家四星酒店，位置，房間結構，衞生都還可以，但是問題出在了管理上，從入住時不提醒WIFI密碼，到打電話直接問，這是體驗差之一，早餐質量和第一次天壤之別，現在想想第一次是有公檢法的ZF人員開會，所以服務和早餐都很好。早餐差就算了，餐廳服務員在用餐客人在旁邊的情況下把肉菜—應該是熘肉段全部搞到自己拿的一個圓盒子裏，看到客人在看，毫無反應，一點不剩；取水果西瓜時，又見到這位餐廳服務員還是老動作取果盤中間最大的西瓜片。煮碗麪吃吧，取了一點肉醬，看着80%都是醬，肉餡很少，看着就鹹，衹放了一點在面上，結果這輩子沒吃過這麼鹹的，就想問下酒店，這樣節省成本真有意義嗎？要不別開了。
接觸的酒店服務人員從臉上狀態到執行動作沒有職業化的態度和真誠的服務意識，窺一斑而知全豹，可知整個上面的管理都是浮於表面而扎不下根，中國的酒店隨着社會發展一茬起一茬落，想持久不落一定要有危機意識，本來不想發評價，一對基層服務人員不利，二酒店也不會真聽和認真持久改正，因為主要還是管理，管理不是高壓，不是口號，是發自內心熱愛服務業的那份心源。補充下，因為浪費是可恥的行為，那碗麪雖然被一點醬搞的齁鹹，但還是全吃了，一點沒浪費。
如果上天真的幫你，那你就會在靈魂深處有頓悟和自省。因為有了較愉快的一次，才有的二次。儘管以後再到此地與此酒店已後會無期，還是希望硬件不錯的這家華美達酒店能繼續好好的活下去，前提是一把手得重視，下面的服務問題的根源折射的是管理層尤其一把手的責任，所以不要看到問題反饋就拿服務員開刀，他們和她們都是生活不易的基層，管理層自省吧。"

"酒店工作人員都很熱情，餐廳大姐人也很好。房間比較寬敞，床也挺舒服，但是睡覺的時候總感覺身上癢沒睡好，可能是心理作用吧！有一條浴巾是被用過然後疊上的，第二天美女經理主動解釋是下雨天可能淋雨了，可其他三條都是乾的！那麼大屁股印還在！ 遇到問題正面面對嘛，還不如不解釋！ 還有些不明白，我們需要房間，我攜程多年的用户訂房間三百一十多，老婆手機上兩百八十多，用她的手機先訂完我的立馬變成了三百四十多，好神奇啊！酒店告知房型不同，下面我就把兩個房間照片發一下，我住的那間浴室是敞着門的估計上一波客人剛走，打開通風還有味道呢！"

L'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è buono. La stanza è molto pulita, le strutture sono complete, il controllo del vocale è molto intelligente, l'esperienza di alloggio è molto buona.

DDanfoerdanfoer這才叫真正的寵物友好👍電視櫃和茶几都是帶洞洞的，貓娃可喜歡了，而且房間裏沒有味道，就是洗手池那下水道有點味，用一會就沒了！我在家就習慣把洗手池的下水處不用時隨手按一下堵塞，這樣別的層用水時細菌也不會從這出來了，客房和前台服務還有那個大叔服務都特別温馨，那邊的中秋節每家做生意的門口都擺放了供桌

WWitidaWe stayed here only one night. It's not far from Bayannur railway station but I suggest you to take a taxi since the footpath is not for walking with luggage. From the hotel you can walk to a park and commercial streets where you can find restaurants/supermarkets/bookshops etc. The girl at the front desk allowed us to add her WeChat and gave us kindly the name of a local restaurant that was good and cheap.

TTuozewang酒店的前台就是酒店的門面，藍宇酒店的前台工作人員服務質量非常的高，笑容親切，禮貌，服務周到並且入住以及辦理續房手續很方便快捷。前台蔡經理，十分親切友好。
酒店房間衞生打掃的非常乾淨，洗漱台每天續住，客房服務人員都清理得乾乾淨淨。衞生間有配備一次性馬桶墊，淋浴下水也無異味，非常好。
酒店地理位置優越位於臨河火車站下來的主幹道上，所以周邊商場公園林立，出門右轉就是臨河最早的商業街歐式街，吃的喝的用的都有，以及商業大廈。出門左轉，有萬客樂超市買什麼東西都方便。
酒店7樓有自助早餐以及洗衣房，家庭旅行，商務出差的都很適合入住這家酒店。酒店門口就有停車場，也適合自駕遊的人羣居住。
明年暑假回來還會在藍宇居住。
