"We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow."

"Apesar de reformado, é um hotel antigo, e portanto, com instalações modestas. Eu diria até aquém dos padrões da rede. Banheiro minúsculo e ar condicionado um tanto barulhento. O cheiro do produto de limpeza estava forte, mas suportável. E portanto, bem caro para o conjunto oferecido."

"L'aparthotel ha un ottimo ubicazione molto vicino a una zona di bar e ristoranti. Ha molti shopping vicino e a pochi chilometri dal bordo della città. Ho sentito che era un luogo sicuro. Molto buona attenzione del personale. Molto pulito e abbastanza moderno. Nella sua terrazza c'è una piscina da quando si può vedere tutta la città. La stanza, anche se era molto buona e aveva un letto molto comodo, mi rimane un po' piccola, anche se devo dire che sapevo già che sarebbe stata la mia scelta al prenotare. La colazione era molto buona. Certo che ritornerò a questo posto."

"All'ora di Checkin in non trovavano la mia prenotazione, anche se insistevo per passare il codice della prenotazione che avevo ricevuto, ho spiegato che avevo chiamato all'hotel giorni prima per confermare la mia prenotazione e la persona ha confermato. Dopo circa 10 minuti di attesa, la persona responsabile ha trovato la prenotazione. E' stato un po' grosso dire che l'hotel non fa conferma di prenotazione per telefono ... Infine, come avevo fatto questo viaggio per partecipare a una gara non volevo disturbarmi. Volevo solo arrivare e ospitarmi. "

"Hotel ben situato, vicino all'aeroporto. Buono caffè. Buono formato. Ristorante serve nella stanza.. Solo detezione per la forza di scarico e migliorare la forza di scarico."

"Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!"

"The hotel is located on main street with food access to the big bridge that connects the villa velha. Not so far away is little favela but if you go the city is a good area. The hotel is designed in 2000 year style so is not super modern but is not vintage. The wet sauna and small swimming pool is a plus. View from the 4th floor is half residents buildings and half mountain, which is the best spot for a picture in the hotel."

"Ottimo servizio sia in reception che nel ristorante, che offre alimenti di alta qualità. Camera spaziosa, confortevole e con bellissime viste. Andare tranquillo e con ascensore molto accessibile. Il miglior posto per un piacevole soggiorno nella bellissima città di Victoria. Torno presto"

"Ottimo luogo, camera tranquilla, caffè buono, solo un po' bagnato.  L'unico punto da migliorare è il letto. Hanno messo un coperchio che sembrava un mattone così amara."
