The Little House is a 650 square foot cottage ideal for a couple or as a solo artist's/writer's retreat. It is a lovingly decorated country cottage. There is one large bedroom, one bathroom, and a book-lined living room complete with a fold-out futon for an extra guest. The bedroom is shaded by trees and is perfect for cool late-afternoon naps. The room has a vanity table and a large closet. The living room has wicker chairs, a gas fireplace, and a dvd player. The seven-mile lake can be seen from all windows. And the sliding door leads directly from the living room out to a large deck - a true highlight of the little house, as the view is breathtaking in all seasons! The kitchen offers all the basic amenities including a microwave, washing machine, and a separate walk-in pantry complete with storage shelves and a washer and dryer.On the property, there is a garden, a large garden shed, and an outdoor seating area. The entire property is bordered by rocks, trees, and such perennial plants as mint, sage, and tiger-lilies.
