Private outdoor heated pool, spa, & turf paradise! We have a waterfall, waterslide, deck jets to cool off on the hot days! We have a pool house bathroom with pool toy storage for the outdoor fun with outdoor grill, and dining. Outdoor fire pit. Large/open indoor kitchen, dining, & family room. The pool will not be offered heated with the nightly pricing from November to end of February. This can be done for additional fees. We do have a long term tenant that lives in separate unit that is set up to leave it very private for both guests and tenant. Privacy fence is in place and the tenants home is detached from the main home.
