Welcome to our tiny house! We are in the quaint little town of Robinson just outside of Downtown Waco, only about 5 miles from The Silos, Baylor University, and everything else that Waco has to offer! Our space may be small but it has all of the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. You will enjoy your own space in this studio like setup which includes a living area, bed area, kitchen, full bathroom, and even your own driveway for parking. Welcome to our 1945 modern country home! Our house has the best of both worlds, original shiplap mixed with modern amenities and will surely speak to everyone in the group. We are just a few miles away from downtown Waco in a quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy the peacefulness of a sunset on our screened in back porch all while still being close to everything Waco has to offer. We hope our home will help bring long lasting memories during your stay!Our place has the modern country feel with a little bit of fun added to make it family friendly! Please note- our beds include 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 1 Twin, 2 Twin Rollaways, and 1 crib.The master bedroom/bathroom are on the first floor along with the half bathroom. Three more bedrooms and a full bath are on the second floor. PLEASE READ BELOW RULES BEFORE BOOKING:-PARKING:Parking allows for a max of FOUR vehicles. We have a large driveway where all cars must park. There is no street parking allowed on our street and no parking in our front yard. If there are more than four cars traveling in, please plan accordingly to park any additional cars elsewhere.-We have another short term rental (a tiny house) that is right next door. Please be respectful of our guests staying there and give them their privacy. The only shared space you will have with the tiny house is the entrance to the main driveway.-Absolutely no parties or events!! We are not equipped to host large gatherings and do not allow additional people other than the those who are included on the reservation!! -CHILDREN:The house is child friendly, and you are welcome to bring children of any age (we have a 3 year old ourselves!), but please be aware the house is not "childproof"- there are stairs (a baby gate is provided at the stairs), we do have potted plants, and books and other decorative items within reach. It is your responsibility to evaluate the suitability of the property for your kids' needs.-PETS:We allow up to 2 pets however, they are only allowed on the first floor and in the backyard. Perfect stay for a family or friend getaway! A little vacation all by itself with a Pickelball Court, Beautiful 3 bedroom home with a loft is surrounded by tall trees and countryside, a beautiful Barn with a minature donkey and goat, Ping Pong table, Corn Hole, fully stocked kitchen & outdoor BBQ for fun meals at the house! We have outdoor furniture under the covered patio porch by the BBQ, rocking chairs by the front door & two more on the veranda by the pond area. Enjoy an open living room, dining area, and kitchen. 2 flat screen TVs w/Apple TVs to catch a movie or listen to music! The kitchen is an open air kitchen with an island that has four barstools. Dining room table is perfect for family/friend dinner, card & board games. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, pizza pan, slow cooker, blender for smoothies or cocktails, wine glasses, cheese boards etc. Everything you need for cooking should be readily available for you! The master bedroom is large with a king bed & twin daybed. The master bathroom is a large bathroom with two sinks, walk in closet and a large shower with two shower heads.The first room upstairs has one queen bed, and the second bedroom upstairs has two full beds. The loft also has a twin daybed. In addition, we have 2 single futons for extra sleeping. The futons are in the closets with sheets, bedding & extra pillows.A full bathroom upstairs, and 1.5 baths downstairs. The house is centrally located, so it is close to all of the highlights in Waco! -Baylor University is only 11 miles away. Nearly a straight shot on University Parks Dr. McLane Stadium, The Ferrell Center, the baseball fields, and so much more!-Magnolia Market at the Silos & Downtown is just 12 miles down the road. Enjoy all the shopping you can imagine, and grab a bite to eat too!-Waco Surf (Former BSR) is 19 miles. A great place to catch the waves or relax in the lazy river!
