Knotty pine kitchen/living room gives you the old camp feel. 150' of waterfront with a western exposure has all the amenities needed to enjoy your Lakes Region vacation, including direct lake access, a 12' x 12' fishing / boat dock (accommodates boat up to 24 feet). A wide range of boat rentals are available at Winnisquam Marine. Located on the north end of Lake Winnisquam in a No Wake Zone, you can enjoy watching the loons, great blue herons and other wildlife in Chemung State Forrest across from the property. Walk down the steps to your private, sandy beach and dip your toe in the crystal-clear lake. Watch kayakers or take our canoe or kayaks out for a paddle. On rainy days or in the evening, gather on the 16’ x 17’ screened-in porch for dinner or board games. At the end of the day, fire up our grill (propane provided). Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Waukewan, Weirs Beach & public boat launches are just minutes away. Bring your boat & park it in our driveway. Catch a concert at Bank NH Pavilion (20 min away). In the winter, ice fish on the lake, ski at Gunstock (20 min), Loon (40 min), Ragged (40 min) or Waterville Valley (45 min) & ride your snowmobile (trail at end of our road). Don’t forget leaf peeping in the fall!Enter the house through the large mudroom with your own code using the keyless smart lock. You’ll find an open concept kitchen-living room with 4 bar stools at the large kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs including a Keurig machine and complimentary coffee.
