Peeks of the ocean from the front porch, master bed room, other bedroom and living room. Peek of the canal to the Intercoastal waterway is from back porch, dining room and a bedroom.We began renting in the Summer of 2010 after major renovations to include updated sleeper sofa, love seat and chair which provide a comfortable spot for you to watch TV with a blu ray DVD or enjoy family time. All weather proof windows and blinds have been installed, Barbour carpet throughout the house except for bathrooms, dining area and kitchen where Italian tile has been laid. Counter tops in both bathrooms now have been changed to beautiful granite. The Wet Bar area also now has gorgeous granite from Brazil as well. Appliances in the kitchen are Stainless Steel Kenmore or GE units (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, cookware and small appliances included. The Master bedroom has a king size bed (2016) with a flat screen, TV, blu ray DVD and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has queen size bed (2017), trundle twin bed (2016), TV and blu ray DVD . The third bedroom has a queen size bed (2017) with a TV and blu ray DVD . A picnic table sits on the back porch for your enjoyment. Ceiling fans have been installed in every bedroom and the living room and each bedroom has a separate fan. There is a small entertainment center with a small stereo system and a host of various table games for your enjoyment. Outside, we have 6 beach chairs, a charcoal grill, 8 stackable chairs, 4 small side tables and rocking chairs with table in the small separate carport area. We also have 5 outdoor rocking chairs and 3 small side tables on the front porch and 2 rocking chairs and table on the back porch along with 2 convert-a-benches picnic table. We also have an outdoor enclose shower with hot water.A quaint and charming island, without crowds or flashing lights, Holden Beach is a beach lover's dream! The Town of Holden Beach, nationally recognized as one of the premier 'Family Beaches' in the United States. Holden Beach is proud of what we do not have. An additional cleaning fee of $50.00 will be assessed if food is left in the refrigerator.Take all trash out to the trash can- located at the bottom of the front stairs. All trash must be bagged. A fee of $300.00 will be assessed if trash has been left outside or not placed in bags. Per the Town, all trash must be placed in bags and then placed in the trash can. The beach can be windy. You can imagine the mess and destruction to our beautiful beach if loose trash were to be blown all over. Trash pick-up is on Tuesday's. If staying for a week, or over a Monday night, please bring trash can to edge of the driveway Monday night. • Close and lock all windows and doors.• Finally and most importantly, check for any personal items.Please leave a review, we would love to hear how your stay was.
