"Durante il nostro soggiorno di quattro notti in questo hotel, abbiamo apprezzato la nostra esperienza. Le camere erano eccezionali, in particolare il comodo letto e le mutandine, che assicuravano un riposo di notte. Sebbene la posizione sia leggermente lontana dal centro di Orlando, non abbiamo trovato tale inconveniente significativo. Abbiamo fatto colazione ogni giorno per quattro giorni consecutivi, e il menu è rimasto coerente durante il nostro soggiorno. "Ci sono autobus gratuito per Disney, molto conveniente.La reception 々 è molto gentile.La mattina e la sera sono ancora freddi, ma entro l'estate, se usi la piscina all'aperto dell'hotel, non solo puoi visitare il parco tematico Disney, ma anche la piscina, che aumenterà la tua vacanza."

"This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou"

"Location was ok with tramcar right out the front to take you down to the French quarter and the pier. It was also within walking distance of Caesars Superdome (about 500mt walk). It was a bit noisy at night being right on the Main Street however not excessive. The rooftop pool was a little small however provided an opportunity to cool off in the New Orleans heat."

"Da aeroporto all'hotel, dall'hotel a ogni parco, con l'autobus e così via sono molto convenienti. Da un porto di rotazione dell'hotel a Disney Spring è spesso un viaggio di rotazione, quindi è molto conveniente andare a Disney Spring shopping. L'hotel è un tipo di cabina, suddiviso in diversi edifici, quindi ho dovuto camminare da una stanza a un po'di entrata, ma ho chiesto di trovare una stanza vicino alla stazione di autobus in anticipo, quindi li ho lasciati organizzare una stanza molto vicina alla stazione di autobus. Posso cenare e cenare sul cellulare, non mi sento quasi di ostacolo linguistico. Durante il mio soggiorno, sono rilassato come la mia casa, che è una vacanza molto piacevole."

"Nothing great about this hotel. Not very clean. Some staff really nice and some quite unfriendly and unhelpful. First room smelt and was damp and wet I had concerns about mould. So cold no option to turn the AC off it kept turning on. Mediocre stay overall wouldn't stay again."

"The staff was excellent , very helpful and kind. The hallways smelled a bit musty as well as the room. Maybe the rugs need to be cleaned more often. The hotel appears to be older which accounts for small lower quality upgrades in the room. The upgrades done were somewhat lacking like incomplete paint trim in the restroom which included rough door bottom edging with pealing paint, as well as rust at the bottom of the metal door frames. The shower head was old and outdated and did not function properly for adjustment of different spray options. The restroom fan was loud, pool quality and connected to the light switch so both are on at the same time. This did not allow the light function at late night without the noisy fan. The fan should be replaced with a much quieter better quality type like a Panasonic multi speed. The towels were clean and also had a musty smell. The window covering did not function properly and was difficult to operate. The room light switching was located only at the entrance to the room which was a long hallway before entering the room. An addition set of redundant switches closer to the main room would be a very helpful convenience preventing long trips to the main door for night shut - off or modulation of lighting within the room. Overall I would rate the Hotel based on price and room at 3 or 3.5. However, the staff was very attentive and responsive, the hotel was properly staffed for quick check-in and deserve a rating of 5. General appearance, lobby and common area cleanliness is rated as a 4.5 only because of the musty smell in the hallway walking to the rooms. Sal Castelli Prior NYU Hospitality Adjunct Professor"
