On The Rocks (aka: OTR) is a beautifully constructed 2200sq ft. cabin that accommodates sleeping for 16 guest! This property has River Access & is literally just steps away from the Caddo River. ALSO - OTR is located in a safe area within a gated community. OTR is located about 1 mile from the end of the traditional Caddo River Float. So if you dont want to spend your day floating... NO WORRIES... We have several areas that are perfect for guest to hang out in the water with river chairs and engage with those floating bye. OTR is a single story cabin that sleeps 16. The cabin has an open floor plan where the spacious kitchen and cozy living room offer the perfect setting for families and friends! OTR offers guest 4 King Bedrooms with custom built beds. Each King Bedroom is accompanied with a bathroom inside each room for guest convenience. Bunk Rooms are located on each side of the cabin between King Bedrooms. Bunk Room will be accessed through a farm door, just off the living room. On The Rocks Cabin is elevated cabin, that offers parking underneath with lighting, 2 staircases guest can access the property through 1 of the 2 sets of double doors just off the porch.
