There are 2 kayaks. There are two T.V.s - one in the twin room and one in the living room. There is Wi-FI. Rocko Tv and a DVD player with numerous videos. The main floor encompasses a full functional kitchen with all the necessary essentials to easily prepare meals. Plus, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, full bathroom and one bedroom with a king bed and dedicated workspace. A Starter Kit is provided that includes some paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You may run out of these items during your stay, so you may want to bring extra.• We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. We do have lawn maintenance service, they do their best not to disturb guests, but they do come on a regular schedule to the property. • The closest gas station is 4.5 miles way (approximately 8 minutes), closest grocery store (Lake General Store) is 5 miles away (approximately 8 minutes).• We provide Smart TVs (Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/Disney+), so just bring your own passwords.• Feel free to use the firepit! We do not provide firewood but most gas stations will sell it. Please just make sure it's out before going to bed.• The house is located in a natural area, so you may see and hear bugs, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to deer, squirrels, and rodents).
