While this area is not soundproof, you are able to close it off to the rest of the family room for sleeping and privacy.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to all the amenities that Cayucos has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and art galleries. It is also a short drive to Morro Bay, Cambria and San Luis Obispo.
