"La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben tenuta per un breve soggiorno vicino all'aeroporto. I letti erano confortevoli, e le mutande hanno dato buon sostegno per un sonno tranquillo.
L'ispezione era ben organizzata e il personale del front desk era amichevole e professionale.

La pulizia media della camera, la porta igienica ha rumore una volta che ho provato a swing aprirlo .
Dal momento che l'hotel si trova sulla strada principale, il rumore da passare attraverso i veicoli non può essere evitato.
La prova sonora non è ancora standard, sento rumore dai corridoi anche la porta è chiusa.

SShana Abdullah KohI am a solo biker doing shift work in the next country so I book resorts and suites on the weekends, Le Grandeur stands out as my favorite location in Johor because it is very exclusive location and away from the crowds.
Because it is situated in nature the resort has a very temperate climate, on my day of arrival it was foggy after the rain and it really felt cooler than Cameron Highlands using natural ventilation. You will barely need the air con in the room and just set it 30 degrees and maximum fan for circulation will do.
The service standards are very high, polite and efficient to all nationalities of guests and feel very welcome when the front desk agents understand I want to be a little cautious and quiet around people.
I will definitely be back for more staycations!

The room is looking clean, the toilet clean to use, bed is nice to sleep that not causing itchiness, only thing is that the cup given is dirty and got voice slightly high out of the door as there's quarrell between the customers. However, still considering good as not affecting sleeping at night. Amenities given aren't good enough as there's no soap even got shampoo given in the toilet but it's not in packaging so then would be worry to use.

JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.

HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris.Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.

WWin BkkSituato a Kulai, un conveniente 10-minute Grab percorso dall'aeroporto di Johor Bahru. L'ho usato come hotel di transito. Ho organizzato un check-in tardivo via WhatsApp, che era liscio. La camera da letto era pulita. A/C ha funzionato bene. La ricezione non sapeva la password wifi sul pavimento che ho soggiornato, quindi dovevo usarla sulla ricezione.
In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno al N45 e lo consiglierei.
