La posizione di questo hotel è a circa 4 km, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla principale Avenida Genting Sky.
Non ha molte tazze, quindi andiamo solo al Hard Rock Café sul 50° piano.
Pros:
Tutti i membri del personale, compresa la guardia di sicurezza, ci fanno sentire benvenuti quando arrivano alle stanze.
Il parcheggio è gratuito, è necessario solo convalidare prima di uscire.

"Ho avuto una straordinaria esperienza mentre ero in questo hotel. La stanza era piccola e di base, ma era ragionevolmente pulita. La posizione era fantastica, proprio all'interno di una pietra gettata dalla città di Bentong. "環境：竹林別墅很有特色，環境清雅自然，綠意盎然。唯一的缺點就是野狗太多了，而且看到人就狂吠，讓人很害怕。
服務：服務員都很友好，但是如果能幫着把行李送到房間就更好了，自己拖着行李找房間還是挺費勁的，而且房間號在門鎖上，找了好久才看到。
衞生：可能是由於比較原生態，房間的衞生狀態不是很理想，在床單上看到了壁虎的糞便和螞蟻，不過在這種比較偏自然的環境下可能也無法避免。
設施：最大的槽點是房間裏沒有wifi，而且手機信號很差幾乎沒法上網，對於手機黨來説有點接受不了，想上網就得一直在大堂待着。熱水器也不太給力，温度開到最大水也很涼。
餐飲：晚餐和早餐都是自助形式。晚餐那個綠色的飲料非常好喝，一共喝了七八杯，強推。"

AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

YYee PeeHotel location is after a very happening area, a little bit dark at night. But quite and peaceful. (However room soundproofing can be improved). Size of room is spacious.
Hotel swimming pool is quite good in size, breakfast is typical Malaysian buffet breakfast, nasi lemak, curry, noodles, porridge, roti Canai, salad bar, bread and pastry, cereal bar etc.....
Water pressure is good.
Every floor have water station, so, can refill easily.
Showel gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap was provided.
Hotel is very kind to help arrange the room for me due to I am attending activities and at same time wanted to pre deco the room by myself for later stay with family. You can always write in and ask for certain arrangements.
Generally worth for the price.

UUtente anonimoA few suggestions for future guests: the bed is surrounded by mirrors, which might feel a bit unsettling at night, so it’s good to be mentally prepared. I’d recommend wearing slippers indoors, as walking barefoot isn’t very comfortable. The dining table had some leftover cleaning residue, so it’s worth wiping down again before use. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Also, while I didn’t use the air conditioner, the room felt a bit stuffy — adding a fan would help improve ventilation.
After all it’s a comfortable and spacious place. With a few minor improvements, it could be an excellent stay.

UUtente ospiteOverall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour.
Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room.

UUtente ospiteThis was the first time I stayed at this hotel . It's surprisingly good. Though I had to check in at the car park , it was a breeze.
I'm very pleased with the room, it's clean, the view was spectacular. There's a shuttle bus service to the genting highlands first world hotel, though you have to pay 7 ringgit for 1 trip, and make sure you make your booking in advance.
I'll recommend it to anyone who wishes to enjoy the fresh air and avoid the crowd of the first world hotel.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

YYuan ChongIt has being more than 10years going up. Overall it is within expectation hearing from frequent traveler. Just note to less frequent traveler to this hotel. Bring your own toothbrush, comb and wifi as the room dont have. Only lobby and it i very bad. Mening the room will not fridge. There is hot and cold water at common floor. Location just a walk to alot of facilities for those coming to enjoy the necessary.
