There is a beautiful inner court yard ,a large covered terrace and a huge outside terrace with warm shower. The property is approx. 5000 square meter big and fenced with a natural hedge. In the kitchen there is an old, well working Sard oven, in which you can bake bread or Pizza or grill fish. 2 bicycles are available. The night sky is overwhelmingly beautiful, one sees the Milky Way very clearly, since there is no light pollution. There is a fire-place to heat the sleeping room, also mobile gas heating is available. Two more beds in a separate room for 2 more guests. The cottage is furnished with ethnic furnitures. Distance to the Sea is about 2.5 km and the next beach 4.5 km.Further information about the furnishings: The 2nd room is connected to the bedroom with a door. In addition, there is a storage room for bikes and more. The house is located in an old typical sardinian agricultural area (vineyards, lemon and orange groves, vegetable cultivation etc., but there are also many 'wheat' fields, which are no longer used.) There are a few more houses in the area, of which some are rented out in the summer. The nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. The house belongs to the carpenter of the village.Guests comments : The house is beautiful and absolutely deserves the title of romantic villa. The terrace is a dream, and the other rooms are very lovingly decorated, and even the refrigerator was filled for us that was totally nice and the kitchen was excellent, it wasn't missing anything. It was brilliant that there were two bicycles which we always used to get bread, or just for a trip by bicycle to the beach. Those that like to stay calm and like seclusion then this is just right. I would stay there any time, especially when traveling as a group where nobody bothers you and others do not feel disturbed, which is perfect, and you enjoy your holiday.The choice of beaches in the area is excellent. We were almost at a different beach every day. There is nothing negative I remember, we were all happy to talk about this holiday. La proprietà ha un'estensione di 10 ettari, all'interno due case Asfodeli e Suestellas. Queste due belle case, tipiche della campagna sarda, costruite a circa 200 metri l'una dall'altra, si uniscono in perfetta armonia nella natura che le circonda. Le case hanno l'ingresso alla proprietà in comune ma all'interno le strade per l'accesso alle case si dividono. La privacy, la quiete e il contatto con la natura sono il loro punto di forza. Ampi spazi esterni alle case permettono stare all'aria aperta e godere di lunghe passeggiate nei sentieri all'interno della proprietà. Un oliveto, un boschetto di eucapytus, piante e cespugli della macchia mediterranea circondano le case. Tutto intorno tanto spazio per esplorare e fare lunghe passeggiate. Una passeggiata attraverso la proprietà Asfodeli , è un viaggio attraverso tutte le meraviglie della Sardegna. Gli incantevoli profumi della vegetazione, vivo e intenso in primavera e pastello colorato in estate, si confonde con l'aria salmastra del mare vicino, creando, soprattutto al tramonto, un'atmosfera magica. In certi momento dell'anno, i clienti possono raccogliere i prodotti vegetali che vengono coltivati nella proprietà. La zona offre luoghi meravigliosi per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta strade con poco traffico. In 10 minuti la bellissima costa sud, dove il mare cristallino vi aspetta per grandi nuotate. Bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca circondano la costa sud. La temperatura è mite durante tutto l'anno. Qui si può godere il calore del sole anche a dicembre.. Un porto turistico da la possibilità di noleggiare imbarcazioni o prenotare un tour con le barche che ogni giorno partono dal porto.
