The community does not tolerate disorderly conduct or excessive noise, especially late at night. For safety and security purposes, we have installed exterior cameras, and noiseware monitoring devices inside and outside the cottage. The noiseware devices measure sound levels (no audio recordings) and send us an alert if the noise level surpasses a set threshold. This is to ensure there are no parties or events onsite.Garbage and recycling is guests’ responsibility. You must take it with you when you leave. Information will be provided about the local landfill.Bed linens and towels are NOT included in the price. There is an additional $100 cleaning charge for linens and towels.
