Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Interlaken District

I've been coming to Regina for several decades. It has always been a home away from home. It is one of very few hotels that has managed to keep the luxury and allure throughout many years. They adhere to a very high standard on every level. For many it might feel antiquated, but if you're looking for something that is truly unique, that has stood the test of time and is not just another generic modern day luxury hotel, this is the place to be. There's not many hotels where you can sit in a lounge by a warm log fire, playing a board game while a pianist is playing. It's a hotel that is filled with history, warmth and kindness.

We were hiking from Schynige platte til First, and had clearly underestimated the hike and perhaps overestimated our own ability. When we reached First, the gondola down to Grindelwald was closed (for anyone else, please note that they close it rather early (17:30-18:00-ish) considering how long a hike it is from Schynige Platte, and start as early as possible, since it takes quite some time to even reach Schynige Platte with the mountain train from Wilderswil). We called the hotel, to let them know, that we were coming but it would take some time, as we had to walk down from First on very sore legs. Steffie from the reception (sorry if this is not the correct spelling of your name) was incredible kind, and tried to help us as best as possible, and directed us to the hotel halfway down, where we could try to call for a taxi. We made it to the hotel, and as luck would have it, a taxi pulled in at the same time, as it was driving some people up to the hotel up there. If you should happen to end up in the same situation, try calling a taxi and see if they will go all the way up to First. It should be possible but will of course cost a bit to get them up there. The hike down to the hotel halfway down was quite steep, so hard on the knees. We were delighted to crawl into the taxi and get driven all the way to the hotel door. Here we met Steffie, who kindly offered to open up the spa area just for us, as it had closed before we were able to reach the hotel, and would not open until after we had to check out the next day. We were too tired at that point, and were in stead allowed to go in the spa the next day, despite having checked out at that point. We ordered some food from Steffie and got it sent up to our room, and enjoyed a meal, a nice bath and a comfortable bed. The next day, we enjoyed a very nice breakfast with champagne. Best of all was the employee cooking up omelets on order at the breakfast bar. We checked out. Stored our luggage at the hotel and went for a walk in town, before heading back to the hotel and enjoying the spa after it had opened. Steffie provided us with a key to the spa, and we were then lucky enough to be able to enjoy the spa all to ourselves. Definitely recommend using it when it opens up around noon if you have the opportunity. The infinity pool was just amazing in the sunlight and with the mountains in the background. Absolutely recommend this hotel, and a very big thank you to Steffie for the great service!

Siamo stati alloggiati all'hotel Krebs per 1 notte in maggio23 e questo è stato il miglior hotel (dei 5 hotel) che abbiamo soggiornato in Svizzera! Camere: Ci siamo prenotati per 2 camere singole e siamo stati molto felici di essere stati aggiornati a 2 camere doppie. Le camere erano spaziose e una di esse aveva anche un balcone. Le camere erano sorprendentemente moderne, che era in contrasto con la reception e la sala da pranzo. Le mattresse erano medie firme e i letti erano grandi per 1 persona. Le camere erano bellissime anche e il bagno era flusso nella vasca da bagno era forte. La stanza aveva fornito tutte le strutture come la spazzatura, gli scarpe ...etc. Eravamo al piano superiore e le camere erano tranquille, i nostri sonni erano grandi! Situazione: L'hotel si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal bus Interlaken West, treni e stazioni di traghetto. McDonald's & Coop si trova a soli 1 -2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Servizio: Il servizio di pre-arrivo è stato eccellente. Abbiamo chiesto 2 camere accanto a vicenda e su un piano superiore, hanno in linea di principio concesso tutte le nostre richieste e anche aggiornato anche le camere più grandi. La ricezione era utile e amichevole al nostro arrivo, che ci rendeva felici quanto noi appena arrivammo in Svizzera quel giorno.Colazione: per il cibo caldo, avevano marrone di hash (in forma di rulli di primavera), uova scrambled, bacon e salsicce. Per il cibo freddo, avevano tutto quello che si aspettava di trovare per un colazione continentale, più un sacco di yogurt, frutta, e succo, così come. Il colazione era delizioso e i cibi erano riempiti rapidamente. In generale, nonostante le vecchie decorazioni, l'hotel è stato fantastico, in termini di qualità del sonno, dimensioni della camera, servizio, posizione e colazione.L'unico punto di svolta è stato il Wi-Fi, perché ha perso la connessione tutta la notte. Torneremo al 100% alla nostra prossima visita a Interlaken e lo consiglieremo fortemente a tutti.

The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities ”Pure Herbs” was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken. The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate. However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high ”quality of life”

Il nostro hotel è stato un luogo felice per molti anni, con il personale meraviglioso che ci saluta come vecchi amici. Le camere sono spaziose con eccellenti impianti e le viste sono impressionanti. Il cibo è assolutamente delizioso, con eccellenti scelte di menu, (dovremmo urlare a Felix, Alena e la squadra del ristorante, per il loro servizio professionale e amichevole, semplicemente eccezionale).

L'hotel è molto buono, indipendentemente dalle strutture o dal servizio!La posizione geografica è anche molto conveniente!L'autobus richiede solo dieci minuti per andare alla stazione centrale. Ci sono molti posti di selezione e shopping vicino. Il supermercato è  per prendere un autobus o camminare circa 700 metri da una stazione 

Interlaken è una bella città, un bel piccolo hotel Stella, in una posizione molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria Interlaken West e vicino al campo di atterraggio per paragliding, entrambi grandi per noi. La nostra stanza ha una vista stupenda sulle montagne! Il colazione è stato così buono con croissant fresco e frutta, una stazione omeletta e una macchina espresso, come pure bacon, salsa e uova scrambled. La sala colazione è bella e Jean, il manager di cibo nella maggior parte dei giorni che siamo stati, è una gemma. Astrid al divano era anche utile. Mio marito usava la piccola zona di allenamento e piscina, che ha tutto il vetro con una bella vista. Le nostre principali delusioni erano con la nostra stanza. Anche se spaziale, è stato molto datato con le lamiere metalliche esposte che supportano la cassetta e mobili casuali e una vecchia lampada nella zona seduto...Non come le foto del sito web. Il problema più grande funzionale è non c'è AC. Perchè per ottobre era troppo caldo, abbiamo dovuto lasciare aperte le porte di vetro e sentire tutto il rumore della strada in anticipo al mattino quando abbiamo cercato di dormire. Non posso immaginare di rimanere lì quando è più caldo, con questo detto, non eravamo in camera, eccetto dormire, quindi abbiamo ancora goduto tutti i benefici del cibo, della posizione e del personale utile.

La superficie del nostro viaggio svizzero era letteralmente nel bellissimo villaggio alpino di Grindelwald, dove la famiglia Konzett gestisce un hotel boutique storico, affascinante nel cuore del villaggio, conveniente per tutto, compresa la stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel è un hotel di lusso, con un personale molto amichevole e professionale, il primo viaggio europeo per i nostri nipoti, e il personale ha fatto in modo che fosse un viaggio di vita per loro. L'Hotel Kreuz & Post è la scelta perfetta per adulti e bambini. Il personale è di eccellente qualità, professionalità, accoglienza extra e tutto ciò che si aspetta in un hotel di lusso. Il più alto consiglio per un soggiorno autentico negli Alpi svizzeri. Kudos a tutti i Konzetts e il personale!

La nostra esperienza è stata fantastica. Ci siamo stati durante la luna di miele e ci hanno aggiornati in una stanza con una vista magnifica. Il personale è stato molto utile e benvenuto dal momento che siamo arrivati. Abbiamo prenotato direttamente sul sito e abbiamo ricevuto un te' di ricevimento con ghiaccio al nostro arrivo. Il colazione era fresco e delizioso. Ci siamo fermati durante una vaga di calore, quindi era abbastanza caldo senza aria condizionata, tuttavia, in generale sarebbe consigliato quando il suo raffreddamento fuori.
