We visited the hotel to spend the weekend with friends. We live in Switzerland but had not visited the Bernese Oberland before. The trip by train from Interlaken to Brienz and onward to the hotel is very charming and beautiful. Our room was small but very comfortable. There was little storage to hang out or lay out clothing. On the other hand, the in-room sauna was a real delight. Thank you! The hotel experience is based a family business which makes wooden toys, especially wooden cows. Frankly, this is completely wasted on me and I don't see the attraction. We ate twice in Alfred's restaurant. The food was good. The service was excellent. The variety was limited.

Modernes, heimeliges Design Extrem freundliche Mitarbeitende Herzliche, authentische Gastgeber Essen im Alfred's ist fantastisch, viele vegetarische Gerichte, hausgemacht und den Preis wert Bequeme Betten Detailverliebtheit Bistro, Bäckerei und Bar in einem - im Rosa's (das Softice ist meeega) Holzkuhschnitzen und bemalen im Kuhniversum (Kostet extra, aber macht extra Spass) Familienfreundlich Barrierefrei

Das Bretterhotel ist einfach toll! Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, die Du-Kultur ist muhtastisch. Sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind gemütlich, alles ist hochwertig, schön und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Zum Wohlfühlen! Das Essen im Restaurant Alfreds ist ein Gaumenschmaus, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen wieder!! Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage bei euch. Personal unglaublich freundlich, Bett super bequem, alles sehr sauber... Wir kommen wieder. Das Kuhniversum ist total süss. Alles mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Eine Linie vom Parking bis zum Spielplatz.. Einfach toll... Unsere 3 Kinder waren auch sehr begeistert.

Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken nur freundliche und aufgestellte Persönlichkeiten angetroffen. Wir waren von A-Z zufrieden und können dieses Erlebnis nur weiter empfehlen. So viele kleine Details bei der Einrichtung und Dekoration, die zum Staunen und Schmunzeln einladen. Die Produktionsführung und der Rundgang durch Kuhniversum ist ein Muss!

Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam!! Es wird an alles gedacht. Das Essen ist super. Es gibt überall etwas zu bestaunen. Toll für Kinder und Erwachsene. Es ist sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war toll und sogar dort gab es für das Kind einen Bauernhof mit Holztieren zum Spielen und eine Rutschbahn. Wir gehen wieder hin!

Hatten das Sauna Zimmer . Es War sehr angenehm und bequem die Zimmer sind Sauber und Ordendlich. Die Aussicht wäre schön man sieht leider nicht so viel durch die Bretter. Alles im Allen sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Einzige was ich etwas schade finde ist das es etwas spärlich eingerichtet war.( ich weiss das Z.b Wattestäpli aus Unweltgründen nicht da waren. Aber irgendwie fehlten die kleinigkeiten etwas.)

Die Hotelküche hat hervorragend gekocht sowie das Personal sehr freundlich und interessiert . Jedoch die Zimmer haben uns ein wenig enttäuscht nichts von kuschelig - eher kalt und unpersönlich eingerichtet. Na ja über Geschmack lässt sich streiten unserer ist es nicht. Trotzdem weiterhin viel Erfolg mit dem Hotel. wünscht Ihnen Monika mit Werner

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen im Alfred war so lecker und da war Janik der uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Einer Kuh die Kanten brechen und dann anmalen ,war das Highlight. Haben einzig auf dem Frühstücktisch das Abfall "Kübeli" vermisst. Schönen Advent und ein frohes Weihnachtsfest wünschen Marianne und Bernhard
