This Bed and Breakfast is the finest we’ve ever been to. Caroline and Colin really know what they are doing. Caroline is energized and welcoming with a “can do” attitude that shines. Colin cooked up the most delicious breakfast. Our room was lovely and our bed linens were crisp and smelled so luscious. We melted right in. We didn’t want to leave. Our regret was we were there only one night and didn’t get to enjoy the garden.

Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food. Packed lunches are available at an additional small cost if you are walking or going to the beach. Caroline and Colin are a lovely couple who run their guest house with pride.

Just a short walk off the South West Coast Path this B&B will not disappoint. It felt like home from home, so much so i didn’t want to leave. Fabulous large room with smart furniture. Lovely view over the church. En-suite with bath and shower. Really homely welcome and charming service. Breakfast was more than usual for a B&B with several choices and courses. Quiet location enabled a good night sleep. Stay here and you’ll wish you lived here!
