Binders Budget City-Mountain Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very small. The receptionist's service is very poor and his attitude is very bad. The bathroom is very small.I accidentally spilled water on the floor. They didn't provide floor felt, so the floor was wet, and they thought it was a big problem. I washed the clothes, but they said they couldn't wash clothes. They said it was a hotel, not an apartment, so they couldn't wash clothes. This was the first time I had happened. There were many things that I couldn't do, but they didn't write them down. I took a shower twice, and they asked me why I took a shower twice? It's really crazy! I accidentally sounded the alarm when I took a shower. They thought it was a big problem. They told me to check out immediately tomorrow and not to stay there again. The attitude was very bad. I will never stay in this hotel again. It's really a crazy hotel. We stayed at the hotel over night only as we were travel with a car in the area. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and the room is very clean, but also very small and the bad is very smal looks more like a batcler size then couple size. There is no fridge or safe in the room. There is no free wifi only Mac station at the loby and wirless cost one Ero pere hour pere device. I.E if u have laptop and cell phone u will need to pay 2 Euro per.

Really offensive experience. When I arrived the bed was unmade (no bedsheets etc.) I brought this up to the attention of the receptionist who said as a result of this incovenience my breakfast cost would be refunded. This was not done, and when I wrote up to follow up on this commitment the staff made, BinderS refused to follow through on this commitment. I find that the hotel would lie in this way and walk back a commitment truly atrocious.
