Albergo peggiore della mia vita. In stanza appena arrivata c’è il rumore come di una turbina aerea derivante da un grande scarico esterno al muro, che alle mie lamentele mi è stato detto che derivava dagli scarichi della cucina e che appena le cucine si sarebbero chiuse sarebbero cessati. Va bhe, ci passo sopra, l’importante è dormire di notte. Purtroppo non è stato così, il terribile rumore e perdurato per tutta la notte fino a quando abbiamo lasciato la stanza. Sono anche andata alle 23 alla reception per fare le mie rimostranze, deserto nessuno! Il ristorante stapieno, Mi rassego ad una notte in bianco e ad mal di testa terribile. Mi sono molto risentita per la bugia dello stop del rumore per non fare un cambio stanza. La stanza è la 108, ma ho letto simili recensioni per la 109. L’hotel di per se è un buon hotel anche se il check in mi è stato dato alle 16 invece che alle 15 come daprenotazione. Che peccato portare via un ricordo così brutto dalle isole Aran. Vi consiglio di cercare altre sistemazioni.

1st time on Aran Islands. Really nice part of Ireland . Staying in chalet. They are really nice and will definitely be returning sometime in the future . Breakfast was really nice and the staff were really welcoming and hard working. Overall a good time

We stayed 2 nights. Overall a good experience we stayed in the cabins which were clean and fresh. Breakfast on the first morning was excellent and not as good on the second morning. Didn’t eat lunch or dinner here so can’t comment. Stopped into the bar which seemed a bit like a community hall with a number of functions going on. Staff were friendly and polite and very helpful.

Positives: Niles, the manager when we checked in, was extremely kind and helpful. He showed us several cabins before we selected one and helped us arrange a late afternoon tour of the island which was incredible. Negatives: We were expecting fabulous views from our deck. This is a gross overstatement, very disappointing. Also, although clean, the room was quite small and lacking in basic comforts. During the night we had to close our window because the smell of sewage was extreme. We decided to check out one day early. On providing the info on smell and early checkout to the manager, he expressed little interest and no concern. Do not come here expecting an upscale experience.

Absolutely love this unique hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is fantastic. You stay in private cabins on the hill. The water is hot. Rooms are clean. What more can one want!? We booked months ago with a large group and filled the place. It was great.

We arrived off the 10.30am boat which was before check-in. The girl on reception on St Patrick's Day was a ray of sunshine. Nothing was too much and she kept us updated on when the rooms would be clean so we could check-in as soon as. Please, give her a massive pay rise she is incredible! We had a sea view chalet: they're small but very comfortable and very warm. You have your own electric radiator that you can adjust the temperature on which was very useful as it was freezing cold that weekend. Chalet was spotless. Breakfast was comprehensive the usual Irish fry plus cereals, yoghurt and fruit and was cooked well and fresh. I didn't eat in the hotel otherwise, we used the Deli counter at Spar for lunches and visited Joe Watty's for dinner. If I was to visit Inis Mór again, I would certainly use this hotel and would recommend it to others - particularly the chalets.

One of the best back holiday weekend we have ever had and was all due to the location and staff of this hotel..on arrival we were greeted by the wonderful sinèad,with a greeting smile we were made so comfortable and welcomed..tje food is superb breckfast was fabulous and would highly recommend the hake for evening dining..we stayed in the chalets to the rear of the hotel and they are compact and state of the art..it would be an underpayment to say this hotel is well run..Will definitely be returning before the summers end..❤️

Very disappointed in the service by the hotel bar. We were told they wouldn’t take 10 people for dinner as they don’t take anyone who is not a resident in the hotel. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 children looking to get food and were refused. Rude and ignorant I wouldn’t recommend trying to get in.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Just a quick message of thank you to all the staff including housekeeping, kitchen ,bar & restaurant, reception and drivers. We loved our stay last year and this year. Breakfast and dinner were great both days and dinner is very reasonably priced and delicious. Staff could not do enough for us this morning making sure we made it back to Cork on time. Thank you again Amanda & David
