In Fairfield Marriott Indore I book 1 room for *3 person* through MAKE MY TRIP. Did Advance payment for 2 days stay. When I check in at hotel on 18th evening. At the time of check in hotel they said that you need to pay 3rd person charge extra. I said that i had booked *1 room for 3 person* and i presented make my trip voucher. but they say as per hotel policy you pay extra charges Rs. 3000. this is one type of cheating. Why hotel demand extra charges at the time of check in. More over the hotel people say this charges paid at the time of check inn. you pay rs. 3000 and then after they will allott you room. this type of behaviour does not suit to Marriott Brand.

The Sheraton Grand Palace Indore is a wonderful hotel with unbelievable nice architecture. Very nice Royal Suite and the whole staff is excellent trained and qualified. Everyone is so friendly and helpful in this hotel. Special thanks to the Front office Management and especially to Mr Sandeep in the Malt Bar with whom I had very nice conversations. Is a pure vegetarian hotel, so what I missed is eggs and cheese in morning what is in my opinion no need to avoid in a vegetarian restaurant. If it would be called vegan I would understand.

Hey, i am a fellow traveller from hyderabad and here’s my candid review about sarovar portico 1. Price - i made my booking for one night and triple occupancy for the basic room without breakfast. 2. Service - exceptional service by the hotel staff. The front desk upgraded our room by 2 levels without asking for it. We were extremely tired and fatigued from our trip and this was a very lovely experience other staff also very cordial and helpful 3. Property maintenance - its an old property and that surely is visible as soon as you enter the place. I think they should consider renovation. Rooms are hygienic to a great extent, one would ideally not have complaints 4. Complaints - if i were to nitpick, it would be that 1-2 stains in the bathroom that bothered me and how the pool has no depth. The mattress was broken and it was a very painful sleep that night. Mattress has to be of high quality final verdict - if you get good discount like me, totally worth it! if not, consider something else

Il personale è buono con la natura umile e il signor Aakash ci dà il miglior servizio e il signor shailaindra ci fa compagnia completamente e il tema è bello anche e il gusto è troppo buono i frutti sono freschi e le bevande sono troppo buone e i dolci sono troppo deliziosi in tutte le caratteristiche

Stanze ampie e pulite, dotate di ogni cosa si possa avere bisogno. Il letto è molto comodo, così come la vista dalla camera dell'hotel dà su di una strada ampia e luminosa. Unico problema è che è lontano dal centro della città e resta quindi un pò decentrato se si desiderata fare una passeggiata dopo cena.

Hotel carino con camere confortevoli (tutte le strutture incluse) .ottimi staff e un delizioso buffet per colazione. L'unica delusione è stata la spa, che era solo una *** mostra la stessa persona che massaggiava e partecipava alle chiamate. Non è una buona esperienza l'hotel dovrebbe considerare l'aggiornamento del bagno. In generale, un hotel molto confortevole vorrebbe visitare di nuovo
