To enhance your stay and ensure all community members enjoy access to Lifestyle Center amenities, we'd like to share some essential information: Guest Cards: If you plan to use the Lifestyle Center amenities (Pickleball, Tennis), you'll need a guest card. Simply visit the Lifestyle Center to obtain one. A refundable $10 deposit is required, which you'll get back upon returning the card(s). IPCCA Policy: Please note that the HOA (IPCCA) permits a maximum of 4 registered renters to use the Lifestyle Center amenities at any one time. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure all residents and guests can enjoy a comfortable experience. Good News! The community also features multiple satellite pools and hot tubs throughout the neighborhood, which are open to all guests without the 4-person restriction.
