We ate the restaurant and we had a 5 reservation.. Gabby wouldn’t seat us because it was 3 min early.. she wasn’t friendly and a little rude ( she proceeded to seat someone else before us) not a big deal but set a negative tone.. Bryan our waiter was fantastic! The food was great and the place was beautiful

Loved our stay. Room was very spacious with outdoor patio that led right to the smaller pool. Nice bar and good restaurant. Main pool was big with plenty of chairs to lounge on. Highly recommend this resort.

My Family and I went on a weekend get away and found Tommy Bahamas of Miramonte.
The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The gounds were peaceful, but the resort had more of an adult only feel. The pool area was dirty, filled with empty beverage cups near the pool, towels were all over the place and the pool was super warm at 85 degrees when it was already 105 outside. There is a $40.00 resort fee and $17.00 parking fee. This resort was not worth what we paid.

Check in was great. Staff was super friendly and the food was fabulous.
However the room was a mess! Shower floor was covered in some white powder. There was a hair ball in shower. Shower didn’t drain. One bed had mattress cover one bed did not and just the sheet over the mattress. Toilet did not flush well. No hand soap on either sink. The room was tired and old with paint chipping. Patio furniture was covered in dust. Really a disappointment after the wonderful check in staff. The property itself is nice and the restaurant has great food but would never stay again.

Everything about this property is great. We loved our stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and a lot of fun. Pool staff was great too! The only thing that will make us not return is we could here our neighbor vomiting all night it sounded as if they were in our room. As we felt empathy for the neighbor this happened on both of the nights we stayed. Which kept us from sleeping. While I know this is not the hotels fault I feel like us being able to so clearly here the neighbors was a huge disappointment and distraction. We could here every move they made.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the service is consistently great. I always look forward to checking in because the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel special every time. The food and service at the restaurants is fantastic and Grapefruit Basil serves my favorite breakfast!

Super disappointed to see insects/bugs everywhere in my room.I wouldn’t return in future and don’t recommend to anyone. I always book my stays at high end resorts and this one was below average. After the bug situation I felt embarrassed to take my husband to this resort when he mentioned that he had high expectations of Tommy Bahama! Staff were friendly and nice at check in and check out. Unfortunately overall experience was not great!

Needs a lot of work. No room service. Had to pay$300.00 to use the pool with another hotel. Very noisy and no room service whatsoever. Also, got locked in my room. I do
Not recommend this hotel due to the service and Accommodations. Many issues that I let the managers know but they didn’t even try to comfort the situation. By the way, there’s no general manager here yet.

A wonderful room with beautiful views. The service was amazing while checking in the pool was clean and kid, friendly grapefruit basil had such good food. I will definitely return. It’s definitely worth the price because it’s clean and conveniently located to everything.
