Beach and pool are completely open! The condo has a full kitchen, spacious living room and dinning room. Each bedroom has a TV and the living room. There is cable and WI-FI. Condo has the ability to sleep 10 people with the sofa couch. There is an onsite coin laundry room located right outside of the condo along with the elevator and trash chute. Directly outback of the condo property is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and beach! This condo has a window view of the street but within minutes you are walking onto the private beach and enjoying the views! Minutes to delicious restaurants and bars. Enjoy miles of white sandy beach and everything the ocean has to offer! The condo has 1 designated parking spot in the parking garage. You can get an additional guest parking pass depending on availability and busy season through the rental office at the condo. Directly across the street is a brand new meter parking lot that can be used for any additional parking. There is a beach wagon, umbrellas and beach toys provided.
