Dolphin Splash Beach Condo is a SUPERHOST property, right on the Intracoastal with peek-a-views of the Gulf of Mexico from living room. Full view from 5th floor common patio. Deeded beach access across street. Heated pool/spa, grill, fishing pier, beach, sunset views. Many recent updates. Age 25+ required of each guest, unless accompanied by their parent. Capacity 6 at all times. Beach gear rental pkg available. Extensive exterior and interior remodel was completed in August 2023. We're again welcoming quiet times at Quiet Waters Condos, a highly desirable building in Indian Shores! Our family made many memories here and we hope yours will as well! Please think of this like you are visiting the beach home of your favorite aunt. It has many amenities but may not have your favorite scent of hand soap and that is okay. We love the beach but like your aunt, we appreciate guests leave the sand there or wash it off with the faucets outside before dragging it through the building. 3 bedroom units are rare on this narrow stretch of barrier island, Indian Shores. The only one in this building that provides the privacy of 3 bedrooms. Capacity is strictly limited to 6 people at all times, including any visitors which must be reported to the owner. >>>> Beach Gear Rental Package can be made available if requested ($50 per visit). Includes 4 Tommy Bahama Chairs, a cooler, umbrella, beach wagon, toys. Beach towels are in the laundry room - do not hang on balcony. Like your Aunt, we appreciate guests who can keep things in perspective and have a good time - this is a little slice of paradise after all. Please let us know if something is wrong or needs attention as you check-in since we do want you to enjoy the visit! If the building generator gets tested once a week (Tuesday mornings), please understand it keeps everyone safe along the gulf. While we do not have 24/7 staff on-site, we do make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests. We love pets and welcome up to 2 cats/dogs IF they are approved at booking, well-behaved, and cleaned up after. No sense in boarding Fido if he can enjoy the vacation as well. Fee is $150 per pet. We can not allow other animals including but not limited to snakes, rodents, Chewbacca, birds, rabits, classroom pets, etc. Our beach condo has a living room and full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and full size set of washer/dryer. Like many vacation rentals in this area, guests need to provide their own supplies- that would be all items that are consumable/disposable (ie toilet paper, laundry/dish detergent, baking supplies like flour, sugar, etc). There will be an initial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so don’t fret if you want to check in before stocking up on food and supplies for the trip. We do provide shampoo, hand soap, and body wash in dispensers. Linens are provided for each bed. A bath towel set is available for each person but we do practice sustainability and not encourage an endless supply of towels. There are plenty of kitchen basics like plates, silverware, cups, pots/pans, utensils, etc. If you will not have a car during your visit, there is a trolley, uber, or Instacart for reasonable fees. There is a small convenience store within walking distance and grocery stores/CVS/Walgreens are within 2 miles. Parking is free and limited to 2 standard vehicles (no trailers or campers per building rules). CHECKIN/OUT times are important. Read the manual before traveling. 10 AM checkout is strict. Check-in anytime after 3 pm. Bedrooms: King bed, TV and patio access from master en-suite. Guestroom 1 has a queen bed and is the smallest room so the bed is against one of the walls. Guestroom 2 has two twin beds and a desk. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms equipped with soap, linens, shampoo, and conditioner. 1 has a combo shower/tub and the other a walk-in shower. Living space: The condo is 1200 sq ft, featuring tile flooring. 1 TV in living room and 1 TV in master bedroom. Kitchen is equipped for basic necessities and table for 6 people. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. Exterior perks: Located in the backyard is a pool and spa, bathrooms, a new pier with benches and fishing stations, area to view dolphins and other water life, grills for cooking and tables for dining. In front, there is a sand path that provides semi-private access to the beach on Gulf of Mexico. This part of the beach is soft and calm with some sand dunes for added character. The patio of the condo unit faces the gulf for sunsets. The pier faces east into the Intracoastal bay for sunrises.
