Beach View - Steps From The Beach

I Give this Awesome place a 4.5. See why below First of all...this place is fantastic! The beach is literally 30 steps away and the access is right out front. And the beach in this area is wonderful--wide with really very modest number of people. The neighbor hood is quiet, safe and relatively little traffic due to few restaurants immediately in that neighborhood. Never had an issue with theft or vagrants wandering around. The restaurants start about 1/4 mile up road so that was perfect. Tom the owner/mgr was always responsive...Great guy. responded right away with anything requested. Had beach gear available to use. Caught fish out on the beach--so fun! Convenient undertuck parkingHad a couple of maintenance issues with a toilet, but fixed and could use a deep cleaning and some slight upgrades/renovation to make it stellar. Kitchen was convenient-could use some newer pots--we like to cook in. Beds could be upgraded.Summary: Fantastic location and beach area with easy access to local towns. if you want a place thats quiet, great beach, great views, no hassle stay with owner close by, and dont care about perfect amenities, this place is perfect for the price paid. i would definitely stay again

3-Week stay in Feburary My first impression when I walked in was "delightful!". The unit is spacious and bright and literally is just steps from the beach. We were very comfortable there. The deck is very nice, with a view of the Gulf. Biggest weakness is that the unit sits behind the owner's house so the view of the Gulf is partially obscured. Overall, we look forward to staying there again.

Beach vaca What an amazing trip! The condo fit our needs perfectly. We loved that it was just steps from the beach. We took advantage of the storage room w beach chairs, floaties and even a wagon to take it all to the beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location Location was great! Steps to the beach with gorgeous sunsets. Easy drive to several soring training sites.

Wonderful Girls Getaway Tom's place was a great fit for our short trip to visit FL colleges! We enjoyed the condo and mostly the beautiful vistas and the calming waters of the Gulf coast!! What an amazing place to stay!!!
