The hotel is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The trolley is easily accessible to go to Clearwater or Treasure Island. The hotel is great for kids with the waterpark being next door. However, the hotel charges a daily resort fee for no reason. The pool is not included in the stay. You get one pass for B units and two passes for A units daily but have to pay for additional passes. They claim to have coffee and tea in the common areas however there is only a coffee shop in the check in area that opens at 8 and coffee can be purchased. There is a coffee maker in the room. The hotel seems to focus on selling time share. We had a B unit and there is not a dresser, only a t.v stand with two drawers and a night stand with a drawer, and one closet. There are laundry machines which cost two dollars per wash and two dollars to dry, there are not change machines. A units have there own laundry. The check in girls were very nice. Great for kids but we will not return to this hotel. The Holiday Inn next door was much nicer, it connects to the pool area as well, and had it's own restaurant and mini golf.
