Although at the beginning of our visit we experienced some ”room” issues (i.e., no hot water, internet connectivity problems), I want to extend a big THANK YOU to the following FRONT DESK team that stepped up to the various challenges and went ”above and beyond” to ensure our vacation was enjoyable--i.e., BOB P. RHONDA, KEN, and TERESA! In addition, a special ”Thank You,” goes to VELMA B. for the obvious pride taken by her (and team), to make sure our room was immaculate; also, thanks for immediately providing the clean linen (i.e., towels, etc.) requested (mid-week). Lastly, many thanks to the gentleman who managed the breakfast area! He always provided a clean, well-stocked breakfast area, and prepared a delicious hot breakfast for all hotel guests to enjoy (sorry, I didn't get his name). I really appreciated him volunteering to melt the butter for my waffles, too (after all, what's a waffle without butter)! :) Most of all, thanks to all of you for the personal and professional qualities that owners, like myself, and other guests expect—genuine friendliness and a very caring disposition.

As I've done often in the past, I decided to take a short three day/two night staycation at the Quality Suites in Pineville. I've been here a number of times, and never had any major issues (and the minor issues I've had have been almost all internet-related.) This time I stayed in unit 202. As I've come to expect, everything in my suite was clean and in good working order. No surprises there. In the past, I've complained about the internet service. It was better for this stay. It still kicked me off and forced me to re-authenticate, but it happened far less frequently than during previous stays here. Breakfast however, offered fewer selections than in the past. I've gotten used to enjoying seasoned home fries here in the past - no such luck this time, just the typical spread of sausage, eggs, waffle maker, and cold items. Service was friendly and efficient. For well over a decade, this Quality Suites has always provided me with clean, comfortable, and well furnished suites at a reasonable price, and as long as they continue to do so, I will continue to stop in and visit.

Great hotel. Easy access, quiet area, safe with well lit parking. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. Nice television, comfortable beds, nice shower, cold a/c. Breakfast is very good with lots of selections. The gentleman at the front desk is super friendly. I needed 30 extra minutes for check-out and he was so accommodating. The lady in the breakfast area is so sweet. Loved our stay.

A really nice overnight stay! We only needed a night stay over on the way to Charleston. It was a great price and really comfortable. The ac was a little loud and turned on and off more than it really should have but that was the only thing wrong. Everyone was friendly helpful and gracious.

This Marriott has excellent rates!! The rooms have nice decor! The water pressure is excellent in the showers!! If you are lucky you will be able to book a room with a full balcony overlooking a very nice pond inside the Ballantyne business park! When we checked in I used my Marriott BonVoy app simple and easy. I even was able to choose my room and use my iPhone as the room key….love it! The customer service was excellent from the front desk. The courtyard Marriott locations have private views with nice outdoor areas. There is even a store/gas station steps away from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. This location also only has 3 floors very nice!! Thank you to all the employees of this Marriott that keep the place clean for every traveler!
