Perfect to rent for a concert, family vacation, ski trip, or peaceful change of scenery to work. Small Mountain town, near Evergreen lake, Bear Creek res. ,and Chatfield state park. Kayaking/paddle boarding, hiking, swimming, mountain biking within 15 minutes. Plenty of parking, walking distance to 2 restaurants/bars. We loved everything about this place except the smoky smell. Likely the beautiful porch has had smokers. Just tough for anyone sensitive to that.

Paradise in the mountains This was a wonderful place for our stay to see The Avett Brothers at Red Rocks for 3 nights.The decor was so sweet and felt like a modern mountain cabin. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Thanks so much for making our trip so enjoyable!

We loved our stay! The cabin is cozy and spotless. A sweet little buck napped below the downstairs bedroom window each day. Everything was there - well equipped kitchen, grill, awesome new deck, extra blankets, towels and good bathroom. We'll definitely be back.

Great spot, close to Red Rocks Amp which was the reason for the visit. About 10min (perfect traffic) house to upper south lot and vice versa. Comfortable beds and living space. As advertised very happy with the stay. Loved the outdoor propane fire pit, and deck, was a nice gathering area. Thank you

Perfect location for red rocks concert The cabin is perfectly located to red rocks amphitheater and the Denver area. The space was spotless and had the necessary necessities! The reason for the 4 star rating was due to the comfort of the bed in the downstairs living area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Morrison, CO Excellent cabin with a million dollar view off the back deck. Close to Great Sand Dunes National Park and other hiking opportunities near by. Would love to stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful Wonderful little property and conveniently close to Red Rocks and Mac Nation. Babbling little stream out back was amazing! Second morning we encountered a family of deer who were so chill. House was cozy and very clean. Great decor and layout. Host was great at communicating with any questions.
