Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Independence

While the building was attractive, the rooms, the amenities, and the service were no better than what you'd get at a Day's Inn. There were also some odd things about the service and the facilities. First, the hotel boasted both an outdoor and an indoor pool (and a hot tub). The outdoor pool was closed and the hot tub was drained. On top of that, the hotel required that you wear paper wristbands to use the pool (or you will be evicted without refund), but you need an active room key to get into the pool in the first place. At one point, the desk manager came and asked families in the pool to get out and get the wristbands, which was really awkward. The pool set up is neat and unusual. The outdoor pool communicates with the indoor pool, and you can have a pool-side room with sliding doors that open to the outdoor pool area. It would be a neat feature-- as long as the outdoor pool is open, which it wasn't. There were also odd breakdowns-- like the ice machine not working and housecleaning trying to clean out our room before checkout time. All in all, I would have rather gone to a cheaper hotel. The experience was not worth the extra cost.

Our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised! Full disclosure, it’s the older style hotel that has the rooms all looking down to a central lounge/eating area. But they have clearly been trying to keep it current. We had a corner double and other than the shelving under the bathroom vanity in our room being slightly older, the other furniture, fixtures and lamps seemed fairly new. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We also had a bigger tv on the wall in the living room than we expected. The staff members were courteous, as well. Would stay here again.

E' stato un po' attraente, e non tanto buono: la piscina era buia, come l'acqua aveva bisogno di una migliore filtrazione, o forse il personale aveva bisogno di rileggere il manuale su come curarlo. E il male: l'unità HVAC era molto forte, davvero, molto forte, come cercare di dormire con un camion a bagaglio che stava sdraiando la testa del tuo letto. Infine, abbiamo cercato di sbloccare tutto, ma la stanza si è raffreddata dopo poche ore e abbiamo dovuto rimetterci il calore; e al mattino abbiamo deciso che era la casa per l'unità che vibrava come una follia e faceva tutto il rumore. Se non fosse per questo, avremmo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno.

L'hotel è in media, la prima camera ha bruciato il riscaldamento e si è visto che non è stato riparato nemmeno recuperato. Prima di quel tempo, non si risolvo senza un premio come in molti hotel. Bagno in condizioni sfavorevoli . In linea di principio, per una o due notti sarà buono per questo prezzo. Nel riposo per comprare una bevanda o qualsiasi altra cosa solo in contanti .

Hotel eccellente. Alzata, comoda, pulita, amichevole. Facile check-in, check-out accurato. Due letti, entrambi buoni. TV, doccia molto buona. Internet buono. Bella e rilassante biblioteca - tranquilla. Molto buon parcheggio. Posizione/accesso superb. Torno in zona tra 10 giorni e rimarrò qui di nuovo. Capitano per il viaggiatore d'affari, tuttavia: fuori da Cabernet e Chardonnay per un'ora felice fuori da quattro (4) articoli alimentari di base per un'ora felice/di cena Acqua non più fornita, portate il vostro o soggiorno a Hilton o Hyatt Due di noi in camera doppia ma solo fornita una (1) tazza di caffè carta e un pacchetto di caffè, una piccola tazza di plastica “acqua” - Da quando il servizio di notte “ogni altro giorno” ho fermato al desk front e ho avuto esitazione per più. Il bandero continuo, leggero ma molto alto di personale alimentare/bevande era sovrapotente, molti di noi doveva andare in biblioteca per lavorare sul nostro lavoro di carta, computer.
