Il personale era amichevole, la posizione era grande, il letto era comodo, la doccia era enorme e ha offerto un colazione caldo ogni giorno. L’unica denuncia che avevo riguardava i miei compagni, una famiglia che aveva il dovere di prendere sei scatole di cereali e di farli entrare nel loro cammino.

The hotel itself is nice and newer. All was clean and modern. Suits are nice with plenty of kitchen amenities (full size fridge/freezer, garbage disposal, stove top, dishwasher, kitchen needs etc.). Strange tho no table to sit at. One of us sat at desk and other on chair with rolling table tray. Bed adequate, not super comfy like pillow top type. One caveat … stayed 3 nights and nobody vacuumed public common hallways. Debris there entire time plus elevator floors dirty. For rooms don’t expect housekeeping but once per week. They will bring you what u need per request tho. I found no blow dryer in room and it was brought up quickly. Nice amenity, tho we didn’t use, is free use of washer/dryer. Biggest problem … Parking. Nowhere on website did I see that candle wood was attached to holiday inn hotel and a conference center. Candle wood is in back. To check in there’s like five spots so u double park to get to reservation counter. Throughout trip we had to park around corner which was packed, circle many times. When u do this u go up stairs or ramp and walk long hall to reservation counter and elevator. Super inconvenient for carrying belongings to and from car. Whoever designed this was clearly not thinking logically. Candlewood shares pool with holiday inn. One needs to get key from holiday inn first. Gorgeous pool, clean and large. Rare it’s 8 feet deep. Staff not friendliest either, just master of fact

Our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised! Full disclosure, it’s the older style hotel that has the rooms all looking down to a central lounge/eating area. But they have clearly been trying to keep it current. We had a corner double and other than the shelving under the bathroom vanity in our room being slightly older, the other furniture, fixtures and lamps seemed fairly new. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We also had a bigger tv on the wall in the living room than we expected. The staff members were courteous, as well. Would stay here again.

Vorrei dare a questo posto una recensione di cinque stelle, ma per una cosa! Prima di tutto: il personale del desk front era grande, amichevole e utile. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e con pensiero. E' stato un po' attraente, e non tanto buono: la piscina era buia, come l'acqua aveva bisogno di una migliore filtrazione, o forse il personale aveva bisogno di rileggere il manuale su come curarlo. E il male: l'unità HVAC era molto forte, davvero, molto forte, come cercare di dormire con un camion a bagaglio che stava sdraiando la testa del tuo letto. Infine, abbiamo cercato di sbloccare tutto, ma la stanza si è raffreddata dopo poche ore e abbiamo dovuto rimetterci il calore; e al mattino abbiamo deciso che era la casa per l'unità che vibrava come una follia e faceva tutto il rumore. Se non fosse per questo, avremmo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno.

L'hotel è in media, la prima camera ha bruciato il riscaldamento e si è visto che non è stato riparato nemmeno recuperato. Prima di quel tempo, non si risolvo senza un premio come in molti hotel. Bagno in condizioni sfavorevoli . In linea di principio, per una o due notti sarà buono per questo prezzo. Nel riposo per comprare una bevanda o qualsiasi altra cosa solo in contanti .
