Hotel in zona Palmido Lighthouse, Incheon

State a casa, amo il servizio di navetta gratuito all'aeroporto di Incheon e da e verso l'aeroporto di Incheon. Il personale era amichevole e parlava buono inglese. Abbiamo anche buoni caffè gratis con la prenotazione. Ci sono molti ristoranti nella zona e anche il supermercato di Lotte, a posto, conveniente per acquistare qualsiasi necessità. Se abbiamo un nuovo aggiornamento, felice di rimanere a Golden Tulip.

Due to flight delay, we miss the last hotel shuttle, luckily we connected to airport Wi-Fi and ask family oversea to call the hotel and inform them we arrived and are waiting for our luggage also tell them we miss the last shuttle and this is our first time in Seoul we don't have the local currency, the front desk tell us we can go to the 3rd fl gate 12 for the airport shuttle or taxi and pay with visa, and she also said the latest check-in time will be 12:30, after that will result no show, but she didn't tell us that shuttle will drop you off at a subway station and there's no phone or Wi-Fi connection to contact the hotel for pick up, we waited over 15 mins in cold and rain at the station and finally around 11:00 something a lady walk out from the station and we ask for her help to call the hotel to pick us up, Thanks her!! Just imagine, We are stressed, hungry, wet and tired and they give us a room at the old Wing that have to walk a long way.....sign.... My suggestion for the front desk, do not assume all your guests know they have to make a call to the hotel to pick them up and all of them have local phone or data Sim, since you know your guests arrived and there's raining outside with cold weather at late night, you can send someone to the station and wait for them in advance. Careless service Grand Hyatt Incheon.

The hotel is near the subway station , about 10 mins walk . The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants so don’t worry about not finding nothing to eat , there’s plenty . The hotel is nice and small the space wasn’t much . There’s no microwave but there a stove and a kettle . There’s a mini refrigerator but it was hard to find it lol you have to pull out every cabinet. The bathroom is tight space , the shower doesn’t have a door so if you don’t like wet bath you won’t like it . But it was okay . There’s a small balcony . Overall it’s near the airport if you’re planning to fly out the next day or have an early flight this hotel is okay for it . Probably would come back if I have an early flight the next day. By the way everything is self check in and check out . Very easy !!!! Also there’s 2 elevators but they’re both very busy so prepare to wait few mins for it to come down .

Excellent service from the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room, and the check in process was really fast & smooth. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport! Overall, a recommended stay for those who is coming or going to the airport ☺️

New hotel very comfortable. There is no view and super bright, the sun shine in so boldly, I keep the curtain closed the whole time so that the room can get cooler. Huge bathroom but there is a bit of smell. Sleeping well and relax. Good for family vacation

Friendly and helpful, fluently English speaking, receptionist at Check-In. Room on the 8th Floor, clean, quiet, big and comfortable bed, small bathtub. Powerful A/C. They split the Hotel into two different companies. The only negative thing to mention was the Receptionist on duty at check-out. As there is no public wifi in the lobby I asked him which bus goes to Unseo and from where. He had Wifi, but refused to check it for me...

Ho deciso di trascorrere le ultime due notti del mio breve viaggio all'Hotel Art Paradiso, vicino all'aeroporto. Da quando sono entrato (che era il giorno prima del compleanno) fino a quando sono uscito, ogni personale che ho incontrato mi ha auspicato un compleanno felice per nome. Il personale dell'hotel era sempre pronta, attenta, utile e caldo. Sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ho cenato al ristorante, il cuoco ha fatto dei dolci e si è presentato e ha anche inviato i suoi caldi desideri. Non mi sbagli, la maggior parte dei servizi di catene alberghiere internazionali di 5 stelle sono professionali, ma mancano il contatto personale. Oltre al suo impeccabile design, esteticamente piacevole ambiente, comoda posizione e strutture, è il servizio eccellente che ha reso il mio soggiorno un ricordo. Grazie Anna Ryu alla reception e a tutti i membri e il personale dell'hotel Art Paradiso per il vostro eccellente lavoro.Tornerò certamente. Grazie ancora.

Good hotel that is let down by some staff attitudes .First room had a step between bedroom and bathroom had to change rooms from 8th to 3rd floor .No other guests arriving staff not busy but a limited assistance with luggage cart to first room but zilch with move to second room. Well positioned and shuttle bus to Terminal 1 only surprised that not to Terminal 2. Advised taxi fare to Terminal 2 was maximum of 17,000won but taxi insisted on 20,000 Great CU convenience store in foyer open 24 hours good value and pleasant staff..
