UUtente ospiteAbbiamo informato l'hotel che era la nostra luna di miele e il compleanno di nostra moglie. Non ci aspettavamo molto, ma non è stato fatto alcun servizio ”extra”. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con un letto singolo e ci è stata data una camera con 2 letti, quando ho fatto cambiare la camera, la nostra nuova camera sembrava un po' più datata. Classificata come 5 stelle, ma le camere erano standard per un Holiday Inn/Best Western. Era un buon posto dove stare per l'Ultra Korea Festival, e abbiamo trovato 4 quadrifogli in un unico appezzamento intorno all'hotel.

Love the free shuttle service to Incheon Airport. It's quite aways from everything else though.
Was a bit of a bummer for us because we spent the day at Lotte World, got to the hotel late and has to check out early. Booked two rooms, but didn't have much time to enjoy it all! Definitely be back to enjoy it!

The airport shuttle arrived on time both from and to the airport; communication about how to book it and its availability were clearly presented; staff was kind and most spoke English; I was gifted a free espresso drink which I redeemed as an Americano that was made promptly hy a courteous barista with fresh shots (ie, coffee was freshly ground and the shots were added to the hot water quickly enough that they didn’t go bad). My room was clean with a nicer bathroom than expected and the view was fantastic. There is a cu convenience store on the first level and check in and out were quick. The first floor is classy and I will definitely be coming again, at which point I hope to enjoy the lounge. The experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

UUtente anonimoDuring my stay at this hotel, I found the experience to be fairly straightforward. The bed was clean and comfy and breakfast was simple yet satisfying, with enough options to start the day.
That said, my visit wasn’t without issues. The bathroom light unexpectedly stopped working, which was inconvenient. Although staff addressed it promptly, it was still a hassle.
It’s a reasonable option for budget-conscious travelers, but a few small adjustments could significantly improve the guest experience.

UUtente ospiteWe experienced a very unfortunate travel delay which landed us in Incheon, South Korea for three nights. As we scrambled to read hotel reviews and check availability, DK Hotel was recommend by the baggage agent.
The hotel was warm, inviting, clean, quiet and the room had many delightful amenities including an air purifier, microwave, mini refrigerator, bidet toilet and plenty of fantastic misc travel samples from Korean skin care to amenities for couples.
However, the unexpected kindness and extraordinary hospitality shown by the Hotel Manager, Mr. Han, touched our hearts so deeply, it’s made an everlasting impact.
Over three days, he intuitively gifted cup of noodles as a gesture one morning after seeing we were too tired to make it out for food, partly due to it being 29 degrees and we were packed for 90 and humid weather! He lent me a down jacket and
recommended wonderful restaurants to visit in the area. One of the best meals we had on our travels through Vietnam and Cambodia. Kindly held our bags and printed a travel document prior to our departure. He has made friends and customers for life and it changed what was an extremely stressful situation in to something kind and incredible.
If you are going to Incheon, I highly recommend this hotel, and please say hello to my new friend, Mr. Han. 😇

Il personale della reception è cordiale e la camera era pulita. Siamo stati per una notte. Alcuni bei ristoranti nella zona e si può andare a passeggiare sul spiaggia, anch'essa a circa 300 metri.

UUtente anonimoValue for money hotel, got the triple room for a good rate. It’s quite far from the unseo station so I do not recommend walking with the luggages. Read the reviews that amenities are provided but were pleasantly surprised room slippers provided, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided as well. The reception counter is manned until 12am and assisted us to reserve a taxi in advance for morning flight. Hotel is surrounded by convenience stores, food places.

RRoger HeegaardThis hotel is connected to the Howard Johnson’s. The reception was very helpful. The location is near the Incheon airport, which was why I stayed there. I had to catch an early morning flight.
The breakfast was expensive and so I skipped it. For a buffet to pay $27 for breakfast seemeda bit expensive.
