UUtente ospiteAbbiamo informato l'hotel che era la nostra luna di miele e il compleanno di nostra moglie. Non ci aspettavamo molto, ma non è stato fatto alcun servizio ”extra”. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con un letto singolo e ci è stata data una camera con 2 letti, quando ho fatto cambiare la camera, la nostra nuova camera sembrava un po' più datata. Classificata come 5 stelle, ma le camere erano standard per un Holiday Inn/Best Western. Era un buon posto dove stare per l'Ultra Korea Festival, e abbiamo trovato 4 quadrifogli in un unico appezzamento intorno all'hotel.

Self contained entertainment and food options, many of which are specially curated selections such as the Michael Jordan Restaurant and the food court is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Hotel also has a concierge service for taxis.

Hotel room looks clean.
Hotel looks classy. Walkways are bright and lifts look nice.
2 sinks in toilet, which is the hallmark of a top class hotel.
Beds are reasonably comfortable.
Cons:
Extremely far from the city centre.
Hotel appears to be the sole structure in the middle of barren land, with no human traffic spotted anywhere near the hotel.
Shuttle bus to and from the airport arrives only once an hour and take about 30mins to travel between Incheon Airports and the resort, meaning it could take you up to 1.5 hours to reach the resort from Incheon Airport. Also not available when you need it the most, such as nighttime and if you need to catch an early morning flight. Recommend taking a taxi.
Hotel Concierge coordinating taxi services does not pay attention to your words and tell the taxi driver wrong information, fetching you to the wrong airport terminal resulting in you overpaying for the taxi in time and cost and potentially missing your flight.
The toilet bowl is theoretically great but does not work as intended. The buttons do not respond to your press for the most part.
Most restaurants, including the food court, and shops close early, and i mean really early. So stick to the ******.

Sono stato qui prima e è un'ottima struttura a meno di 90 m a piedi (vedi foto) alla stazione Unseo AREX - che prende uno all'aeroporto (10 minuti) o alla città di Seoul (45 minuti).
La colazione è stata eccessivamente costosa a 19 000 won, ma la navetta aeroportuale efficiente è stata facilmente realizzata.

KKirill_KileStayed for four days. Everything is clean and convenient. Bed is comfortable and the room has washing machine. Hotel has all necessary things for comfortable stay. Self check-in/our process is so easy and fast! The only thing that could be improved is absence of single-use slippers, they are only available in vending machine, but should be included. Also only one piece of soap was available, and no toothpaste/brush that was definitely needed during my stay.

PPeterKEra la seconda volta che soggiornavo per una sosta di una notte e la mia camera era un po' deludente. Il personale della reception era molto cordiale ed efficiente. Il WiFi era buono e c'era un canale di notizie in inglese in TV. Il letto era comodo e l'aria condizionata andava bene, ma la camera era quasi vuota nonostante fosse molto grande. L'ultima volta che ci sono stato c'erano una scrivania e una sedia, ma questa camera aveva solo il letto e un mobiletto per riporre le cose. Non posso lamentarmi, credo, ma non era quello che mi aspettavo dal mio ultimo soggiorno. Non ho utilizzato nessuno dei servizi dell'hotel durante il mio breve soggiorno, ma c'è un piccolo minimarket nella hall. La zona circostante l'hotel ha ancora un bel po' di negozi e ristoranti, ma sembra che alcuni dei ristoranti abbiano chiuso e siano vuoti. È ancora una posizione molto comoda per il terminal 1 dell'aeroporto e solo una breve corsa in autobus dal terminal 2 se si prende la navetta gratuita che collega i terminal. C'è una navetta dell'hotel per il terminal 1, ma non l'ho usata perché le navette aeroportuali passano più frequentemente. Ci tornerei volentieri e spero solo che questa volta mi abbiano dato una stanza strana o che stiano ristrutturando, così la prossima volta sarà più bella.

I arrived in Seoul around 1 AM and spent almost the entire night trying to find how to actually get into this hotel. It was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after a long flight.
First of all, the walking directions from Google Maps were completely useless. I tried to follow the path on foot, but it led me nowhere, and there was no sidewalk in some areas. I also couldn’t figure out how to catch the shuttle from the 3rd floor of the terminal — I ended up walking a dangerous road alone in the middle of the night.
Even when I finally found the building, there were no signs or clear entrance markings for the hotel. No one around spoke English, and the late hour made everything worse. The WhatsApp response from the hotel was delayed, so I had to figure it all out on my own.
Important tip: you MUST contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions — it’s a contactless self-check-in process, and nothing will make sense if you’re trying to figure it out on the spot at night.
In the room:
• Very spacious and clean
• Clean towels and bedsheets
• Heated blanket on the bed (which was a lifesaver)
– Room temperature was fixed at 21°C and couldn’t be changed
Overall, the room itself was very comfortable and well-kept, but the logistics of getting in — especially late at night — were absolutely awful. I strongly suggest the hotel provides a clear video or visual map to help future guests find the way more easily.
