It was a really unpleasant experience. I spent my first day in Korea at this hotel, and upon arriving late at night, I was assigned a room. When I inspected the carpet, there was a strange smell, and I discovered that someone had defecated in a few places and hadn't cleaned it up properly, causing the odor. It was late at night, and I was only staying for one night, so while other family rooms seemed fine on the floor, I was extremely uncomfortable, but I couldn't change the hotel. When I brought this up with the hotel manager, he gave me another room, but it had the same issue. This time, the manager checked the room first and gave me it. I had an uncomfortable and unforgettable first night in Seoul. The manager apologized and offered me a complimentary breakfast. However, even in other family rooms, there were foreign substances in the bathroom cups, and there was a lot of dust on the TV shelf in the room. Anyway I don't want to visit this place again.
