The hotel is filthy, don’t waste your time staying at this hotel. Service and amenities are not good. Staff is rude and not helpful.

Amazing hotel with cleanliness and good bed

Booked the Nature Healing Room as it looked nice on the listing, and it was reasonably priced. With that said, this hotel has seen better days. The room is aesthetically pleasing (from a distance), until you look a bit closer. Found a strange stain on the wall, and acne patches left by a previous guest in the bathroom. Had to use a mouldy towel as a floor mat instead. The corridor outside the room is not air-conditioned, so it was suffocatingly hot during the heatwave. In terms of location, it's quite a walk from the nearest subway station, so do factor that in when you are carrying your bags and luggage with you. Front desk staff were pleasant and polite though!

Again, I truly love all designers hotels. They just look so amazing on the inside. Who ever designed these hotels are good haha. I need them to come design my house

Room was clean but the temperature was too warm - we were sweating and have to call the reception to turn down the heater - car park is free which is easy to find and park

저렴한 가격에 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 기본적인 응대는 친절합니다. 조식이 제공되지만 홍보되는 사진과는 전혀 다른 퀄리티의 음식이 제공되니 침고하세요. (맛은 괜찮았습니다.) 객실의 청결 상태는 심히 나쁘게 느껴졌습니다. 침대 머리맡에는 먼지가 그대로있으며 벽에 붙어있는 액자에는 수년째 닦이지 읺았을 먼지가 두텁게 쌓여있습니다. 창문쪽과 변기 밑에는 누군가의 담뱃재가 그대로 있습니다. 연박 중 객실 청소를 한번 진행 헸음에도 그대로 있는 걸로 보아, 이 호텔 청소의 개념은 기본적으로 우리가 알고있는 것과 다를지도 모르겠습니다. 샤워실의 수년간 닦이지 않았을 바닥의 물때와 린스통의 뚜껑은 심히 찝찝합니다. 바닥에는 누군가 흘렸을 국물 자국도 그대로 남아있네요. 객실에 욕조는 무슨 문제가 있었는지 철거된 상태였습니다. 있었어도 환기가 잘 되었을지는 의문입니다. 룸서비스는 주문 후 40분 걸려 도착했습니다. 물론 등급이 높은 호텔은 아니겠지만, 청결에 조금 더 신경을 쓴다면 더욱 이미지가 나은 호텔이 될 것 같습니다.

싼 가격에 묵어서 만족해요 근데 10만원 넘길 가격으로는 절대 안오고 싶어요 ..... .그냥 딱 6만원 느낌 그래도 깔끔하고 체인이라 재방문의사 있음 침구가 좀 딱딱한 게 단점

위치가 정말 좋고 가격도 착합니다 아쉬운건 밤에 쓰레기 냄새가 나서 조금 불편하더라고요 그외에는 다 좋았습니다. 만족스럽습니다
