Sadly I can’t say a lot because they were quite unresponsive to my request for a refund or change since my flight was delayed…. Guys we can’t control flights and some flights still don’t have proper wifi for me to text you in advance 😭😭

We stayed 3 nights at the Iris at Incheon. The service at this motel was great with the manager being very helpful. The facilities however are very average and there was some smells in the bathroom. As far as value for money goes though it was fine.

Phòng sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị đầy đủ. Vị trí khá dễ tìm, không quá xa bến xe bus. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện, mặc dù không giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh được nhiều.
Điểm trừ là phương tiện công cộng gần đó chỉ có xe bus. Đi đến sân bay quốc tế incheon bằng xe bus mất khoảng 1 tiếng rưỡi.

Хуже номера я ещё не встречала. От аэропорта ехала на такси 50 минут. В номере не было света и кондиционера. Пришлось пользоваться фонариком в телефоне т к фонарик в номере (и такое тоже в номере было на стене) не было батарейки 🙈. Бельё и полотенца застираные и старые... Местонахождение ужасное! Персонал ужасный, типа администратор через маленькое окошко пытается что-то сказать, но в кабинете у неё лает собака и ничего не слышно. Кинула ключ от номера, махнула рукой в сторону (куда идти) и закрыла это окошко. Ужас!!! Ни одного плюса!!!
