Ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport

L'hotel è molto bello in termini di servizio e pulizia. Ha una bella vista sulla pista del T2 e un minimarket nella hall. L'unico problema è il WiFi lento, che ha causato così tanti ritardi al mio lavoro durante il soggiorno.

L'Ibis Styles Ambassador Incheon Airport ha superato le aspettative sotto ogni aspetto. Le camere sono moderne, eleganti e pulitissime, offrendo un'atmosfera accogliente per i viaggiatori. La vicinanza dell'hotel all'aeroporto e la disponibilità di un servizio navetta gratuito lo rendono incredibilmente comodo per i soggiorni di transito. I comfort, tra cui il centro fitness e le opzioni per la colazione, erano di prim'ordine. Non c'è assolutamente nulla di cui lamentarsi: tutto era perfetto. L'Ibis Styles Ambassador offre un'esperienza confortevole e senza problemi, il che lo rende una scelta eccellente per chiunque voli attraverso Incheon.

We checked into the hotel very late after our delayed flight and the receptionist gave us a late check out time which was incredibly helpful. The staff was extremely efficient and there was a 24 hour convenience store inside the lobby. Other great points: Airport shuttle Excellent lobby - bright and comfortable Extremely clean facilities Will stay at IBIS again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, it’s far from the Airport and need shuttle bus to reach or taxi to reach.

The location was very convenient for an overnight layover and getting a morning flight out of Terminal 2. The hotel's free shuttle bus takes just a few minutes from T2 (Arrivals door 4A/A4) to the hotel and about 15 minutes going back. There is a schedule beside where the buses park and wait outside the airport (every hour or half hour at 15 minutes past or before the hour - i.e. 7:15, 7:45, etc.). Look around as it may have to stop a little distance from the stop if other buses are already there. The morning shuttles to T2 are every hour on the hour, and every half hour for a two hour period (6-8:00 or 7-9:00 a.m. - Sorry don't remember). The room was clean, the shower was good, and the bed was comfortable. However, the noise of the planes made it difficult to sleep. The restaurant buffet for dinner or breakfast was very expensive so I didn't bother. The food menu in the bar was mostly western-style food and very expensive. The bar had several beers on tap, including a couple of my favourites - also expensive. There is nothing around the hotel (it's in the middle of a parking area, it seems) so there is little choice. The 24-hour convenience store in the lobby had instant noodles but that's about it for food. Not even any bread snacks or sandwiches. Coffee is available at the bar starting from 7:00 a.m., so if you are taking the 7:00 or earlier shuttle, forget that. My booking on Trip.com said it was supposed to include free use of the sauna and a gift (from Olive Young?). Neither of these were mentioned by the staff when I checked in.

We arrived at 11 pm so we didn't have free transfer however we used airport bus shuttle between terminals and bus stop is located near the hotel. And we used free shuttle for reaching airport in the morning. Great hotel for relaxing and sleeping after long trip.
